Great location and a lovely rooftop bar to enjoy. Breakfast good and with flexible options. Staff friendly and helpful. Only concern was that the room was quite chilly and there was no spare / additional blanket available

Other than the shower which flooded the bathroom floor every day, our room was a decent, clean and comfortable place. The hotel staff were all accomodating and friendly. Antonio at 5he reception made sure we were well cared for.
Breakfast was perfect size and tasty, albeit not much variety. The rooftop bar was a lovely place to end our evenings.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, walkable location. We had a room with balcony, the view of the San Juan church tower was amazing.

All the staff were very friendly and kind!
Also loved the room layout.
It’s located in a very convenient location and El centro mercado de atarazana was only blocks away.
I went there every morning and enjoyed their fresh foods and drinks!

The building only has air in the lobby. The rooms is closed the cool air. The citi was warm this day. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned.

This hotel is centrally located but is in need of some TLC. There are holes in the restaurant floor, the bathrooms are very dated; all walls are painted dark grey so it’s very gloomy inside. The restaurant is only open at the weekend for dinner whilst the ‘fine dining’ restaurant is open maybe once a month for a limited number of guests. The biggest issue with this property is the roof terrace. It’s open every day and is extremely popular with locals. The noise is dreadful with screaming and shouting on one occasion until 3.00 am in the morning. On the plus side, the staff are very pleasant and the hotel is clean.
