Grand hotel right in the middle of jonker. Great location but could really use an upgrade to the rooms

The hotel is fill with artifact that describe the culture of the people living in the past. It is a living museum where the staffs dressed up like time has stand still.

We had always wanted to stay here and finally did. Great decision as we were mesmerised by this hotel cum museum settings. Yes, the property may not have a pool to douse oneself after exploring humid Melaka but it made up for it in other ways. Photo opportunities are aplenty with the nooks and crannies of the property, laden with artifacts of past generations. There’s also a room dedicated to the history of Melaka. My only gripe is the natrow and small washroom, which could be difficult for a plus-sized person. Also, the fire alarm was triggered the both nights we were there. Other than that, the property was perfect. Kudos to all the staffs and keep up the great work.

The facilities are complete, the service is very good, the decoration is unique, the hygiene can be improved, and the location is excellent

Nice location

Everything worked. But a small centipede went out of the bathroom drain during shower. The mattress is not so soft. Breakfast is delicious!

The standard room is smaller and the hygiene is OK. My friend's quadruple room was not cleaned thoroughly. The public area of ​​the room is very unique. I revisited my old place and like the architecture of Malacca very much.

Very nice place to stay in and the staff are very friendly .It is a perfect place to take nonya photos within the premises itself.

Location, location, location. Very friendly staff. Lots of character at a reasonable price. I would definitely stay again!.

Good location and walking distance to attractions. Staff are friendly and courteous. Many F&B nearby. Breakfast well spread and had variety. The room and toilet are clean. Except the washing basin needs to clear its blockage. Water take sometimes to drain off. Good to stay when in Malacca.

Certain area run down

Nice hotel, nice room 😍 , it was an incredible hotel and they really upkeep their heritage well. It's a pretty big hotel I was quite surprised as we walked in it was very spacious and the garden inside was really beautiful. It’s also perfectly situated in the heart of jonker street providing easy access to attractions . There are private parking provided as well.

Have been staying in Hotel Puri every time we are in Malacca for vacation. Very convenient locations within the tourist area and hotel provide parking area for travelers who drive. Beautiful hotel with excellent quality. Best choice , you won't regret.

Heritage hotel set in an excellent location. Lovely place, room is clean and big enough for my family of 5. There is a lift but note that you may still need to carry up/down some steps as your room may be at split level Breakfast was ok with egg station but spread is definitely not as extensive as other chain or larger hotels
