Fast wifi. Nice street view from room. The room I booked costs least so no balcony to sit, just a balcony for aircon compressor. I love the washing machine as I have a few T-shirts to wash. Detergent can be bought in savemore supermarket right under the condo. Room has the living room and kitchen but I didn’t cook. Nice area to stay. Need to register and have our photos taken with the Admin at Lobby before we went up our room which is on 19th floor. 2-3 days before arrival, we sent them photos of our passports and got an authorization letter to stay. When we arrived, they said we still needed to register. Waited quite long as their computer had a problem and they restarted and there were more than 10 guests that time. Pool on 8th floor and you need to pay 150 Peso per person to use. Very fast response each time I email the Host. Over we enjoyed our stay.

Upon arrival i was assisted by the owner himself, very accommodating and kind. You can find peace in this property, the unit is clean with pool view. You can cook cause there’s a complete kitchen materials for cooking. They provide kit for dental, soap with shampoo, they have netflix and youtube. The tried the pool around 7am and it is not crowded, we enjoyed it. Looking forward to stay again.

The room itself was clean, but there were roaches in this flat. It is tropical, so that’s expected, but I’ve never had to kill more than 10 roaches in 1 stay before this one. Great price, great value, but just be aware, it’s not the Ritz! I still give it 5 stars for being an exceptional value and the response time from the host is amazing!

The room was not ready when i checked-in then the owner said sorry and allowed me for late checkout. The owner is fast to reply and helpful. The room condition is okay as price you pay, very good location.

The view is really great. And location is good.
Check in at 3 pm and check out at 11 am ( in other facilities usually at 2 pm and 12 pm) - but room wasn't ready.
On pictures it looks better. In real life everything is shabby. And it doesn't look very clean.
And there are a lot of cockroaches... This is unacceptable

Nice place , very convenient, location is great , have air mall at G floor with supermarket, this hotel is safe and lovely place, even can cook and wash clothes!
The swimming pool looks amazing but no time to try .
