Hotels near JR Nishi-Maizuru Station, Maizuru

I used it for a 1 night 2 day Maizuru trip with my wife (for the purpose of visiting the Maizuru District Corps ｵｰﾀﾑﾌｪｽﾀ on September 2). I used ｽﾀﾝﾀﾞｰﾄﾞ ﾂｲﾝ 2 rooms (18m2, ﾂｲﾝ also ｺﾝﾌｫｰﾄ ﾂｲﾝ, ﾃﾞﾗｯｸｽ ﾂｲﾝ). The reason I chose this is 1 Near JR Nishi Maizuru Station 2 There is a large hot spring bath 3 Newly opened ﾎﾃﾙ (March 22, 2023 ｵｰﾌﾟﾝ) 4 Free breakfast. The 18m2 size was enough for one person's living space, and the contents of the free breakfast seemed to be better than the breakfast that was generally free. In addition, the hot spring public bath is also larger than the public bath installed in the general ﾋﾞｼﾞﾈｽﾎﾃﾙ, and I also liked the fact that I could understand the congestion situation while staying in the room. The only thing I was worried about was that there was a step of about 15 cm at the entrance to ﾊﾞｽﾙｰﾑ.

Stayed one night to be close to the cruise terminal where we were to embark for a cruise around southern Japan. The hotel is very comfortable, and we asked for a water view, which was lovely. The staff were very friendly, and even though their English was limited, they could not be more helpful. The restaurant is not open for dinner, but we had a beautiful meal for lunch. There is a supermarket behind the hotel for supplies.

The location is great except a bit far from the station. There is also a large supermarket nearby that is open until 12:00 at night. The staff are also very friendly!

You can hunt for cherry blossoms! Morning and night Viking (perfect for me of partial food) I chose this for hot springs and these reasons. After going to Amanbashi Tachi, I made a cherry blossom hunt (reservation in advance) and checked in. The house is Rokudo, and our house is the same as another pair, but the cherry blossoms are in the cherry blossoms. cherry blossoms are sweet (laughs) It is good that the parking lot is large and affordable. The hotel is quite gorgeous and has a good management everywhere. The room is clean and large and I am very satisfied with the view of Amabashidate and the sea. Vikings were privately preferred in the morning than at night. The bath and the open-air bath were large and the staff were kind.

Very authentic & traditional experience appeared all other guests were Japanese. loved the onsen experience and a fabulous emersión into Japanese culture. Location was great easy bus ride to local town & fishing village of Ine. Fabulous little intimate restaurant 2 min walk. On the down side little hard to find and would be very difficult at night. Staff only spoke Japanese & we’re not very friendly despite our best efforts to speak Japanese and make things a little easier with google translate. Price was very reasonable. Overall would recommend if you’re looking for a traditional family home style experience.

The room was clean and tidy. The scenery outside the window was beautiful. Maybe our room was better. The Wi-Fi signal was very poor in the room and could hardly be used. Later, I went to the lobby to deal with the affairs. Dinner was particularly disappointing, not the expected Japanese cuisine, it turned out to be Indian curry rice, breakfast was more Japanese, and it was said in the past.

Kagetsu Ryokan is located in Maizuru and takes about 10 minutes walk from Nishimaizuru Station, near Amanohashidate Onsen and Goro Sky Tower. Free WiFi is available in each guest room. 宮津駅より徒歩で10分程かかり、天橋立へ3km程の距離があり、宮津市街地唯一のコンビニエンスストアにも徒歩で10分程度要する場所にあるホテルです。周辺環境の状況から利用しづらい印象を持つと思いますが、だからこそかもしれませんが、平日休日問わず周辺は静かで、大声でおしゃべりするような宿泊客もおらず、非常に快適に滞在できるホテルだと思います。ホテルのスタッフも一様に丁寧な接客で、気さくに声をかけてくれるものの、必要以上に距離を詰めてくるような接し方はしません。 ロビーから客室に至るまで、清潔さが保たれているのは言わずもがな、設備やアメニティも無駄が無くよくまとまっています。客室への入室時のカードキーをかざすセンサーが分かりづらい、客室の電気系統がやや分かりづらい（入口のスイッチは、部屋全体の電気系統のオンとオフを切り替えるもののようです）、バスルームはバスタブが無くシャワーのみ（且つ大浴場が無い）、という注意点がありますが、それ以外は全く申し分はありません。 1階のロビーには待ち合わせスペースの他、共用のキッチンのようなスペースがあり（シンクがあるだけで実際の調理は出来ません）、宿泊客に対し無料でコーヒーを始めとするドリンクのサービスが提供されています（全て無料です）。 殆どの宿泊客が車で利用するからか、充分な広さの駐車場が備わっている上、ホテルの目の前には高速バスのバス停があるため、京都などからの高速バスを利用してのホテルの利用も非常に便利です。 周辺は飲食店がいくつかありますが、上記の通りコンビニエンスストアはこのホテルよりやや遠いところにあります。一方でホテルの北（徒歩2～3分程度）のところにショッピングモールがありますので、食糧調達に殊更不便、ということは無いと思います。周辺環境にやや難はあるものの、ホテル自体は素晴らしく、何度も利用したくなるホテルです。 It takes about 10 minutes on foot from Miyazu Station, about 3 km to Amanohashidate, and about 10 minutes on foot to the only convenience store in Miyazu city center. There are a few minor issues: the sensor to hold the card key when entering the room is confusing, the electrical system in the room is a bit confusing (the switch at the entrance seems to turn the entire electrical system on and off), and the bathroom is shower only with no bathtub (and there is no large bath). Other than that, everything else is perfect. In addition to the meeting area, there is a common kitchen-like area in the lobby on the first floor (with a sink, but no actual cooking) where coffee and other beverages are served to guests free of charge (all free of charge). The hotel has a large parking lot, probably because most guests use the hotel by car, and there is an express bus stop right in front of the hotel, making it very convenient to use the hotel by express bus from Kyoto and other cities. There are several restaurants in the area, but as mentioned above, a convenience store is located somewhat farther away from the hotel. On the other hand, there is a shopping mall just north of the hotel (about a 2 to 3 minute walk), so it's not particularly inconvenient to procure food.
