This is a rather unusual place! More like a conference centre with rooms than a hotel. It is very spread out, it even has two reception areas at opposite ends of the building. Great location close to the Autobahn. Loads of parking space. Fantastic rooms at very reasonable prices but….. On the Sunday night we stayed the web site gave us the impression that the restaurant was closed but in fact meals were appearing from somewhere (actually a bonus because we discovered an excellent Italian restaurant within walking distance), the bar only had a young lady on duty who was on just her third day and who had never made a gin and tonic (not her fault, bad training) and at 22.00 it appeared to be closed and the in-room TV had dozens of channels but the hotel had chosen not to include a BBC channel amongst them! Not very hospitable to British guests. Really a very nice place that with a bit of thought could be a lot nicer.

I stayed here for 3 nights before attending a family wedding at the hotel. Everything was great. My room was spacious with a fabulous walk in shower. The public areas are tastefully decorated with lots of interesting art works and plenty of nice seating. Breakfast was very good with many choices and eggs cooked to order. All the staff were friendly. The wedding was amazing. Beautiful room and outside space, attentive wait staff and outstanding food. I can't fault this place and all at a very reasonable price.

We had a great weekend there. Only friendly staff, rooms that were reminiscent of high Asian standards, good breakfast, great restaurants. We were completely happy. Not cheap and a bit out of the way, but good connections.

Large, modern hotel on the outskirts of Mainz. Supermarket and some restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful, thoughtfully decorated rooms, including a library with reading glasses. We had a room with an extra bed that looked a bit clumsy and took away much of the charm. A shower at the end with a glass door and a view is also not very convenient. Friendly staff, a lovely indoor swimming pool and an excellent breakfast, with freshly prepared omelettes of your choice. Unfortunately it got warm quickly in the breakfast room.

The breakfast selection is very extensive and offers a variety of delicacies that have something for every taste. For my husband's birthday I gave him the football special at the Hotel Atrium in Mainz, including an extra night. We were greeted very warmly as soon as we arrived, were able to park the car in the car park for free and were upgraded from the Superior to the Deluxe room. Our football tickets were already waiting for us, everything was ready for our stay, which then went exactly as planned and desired. The surprise from the package was already waiting in the room, and nothing else was missing, there was even a small library, comfortable beds, a fridge, a coffee bar, a large TV. Very comfortably decorated in pleasant colors, the bathroom integrated - nothing was left to be desired. We had three really lovely days, nothing was missing, the breakfast was very good with a wide selection, the swimming pool was pleasant and fully equipped, in the lounge we got burgers and beer before the game and were able to easily convert the "beer to go" into a delicious "after-game beer" upon personal request. However, that was our only special request, due to our own taste, otherwise nothing was really necessary! The entire staff was competent and extremely friendly, from the trainees to the receptionist. My husband even received a small birthday present and a nice birthday card from the attentive hotel team. Our stay was really a success and perfect and we will definitely be back! I haven't felt so comfortable and at home in a hotel for a long time, many thanks to the great team! Highly recommended, thumbs up!

The rooms are large and the open bathroom concept is good for communication in the room. The breakfast buffet is highly recommended, definitely book it! The wellness area keeps its promise! The pool is a bit cold at 28 degrees, but you can quickly warm up again in the sauna next door. The staff was always very friendly and accommodating. Small minus: There was only one pair of wellness shoes and it took almost half an hour to bring another pair, but that can be put down to the lack of staff. Overall, highly recommended for people who want to relax and enjoy wellness.
