I didn't have this at all when I checked in. The above shows that hotel management is very confusing. The security guards greeted each other with enthusiasm. We actually stayed in Heritage Madurai but werent happy with the food there. So one day, we visited GRT regency to have lunch and were bowled over with their quality and hospitality even though we didnt stay at their place. We loved the place so much that for the next 3 days, we visited GRT for lunch thereafters. They took care of our 10 year old son and mother who was a senior citizen Special mention to Jeyapandian, Govidrajan, Francis and Vishnu for their wonderful care and hospitatlity. Will never forget their timely help.
