Very courteous staff and the breakfast spread with so many south indian dishes, chinese, north indian dishes was just amazing. the rooms were clean and neat. The staff obliged for our request for providing extra pillows and towels. overall great experience.

The hotel is about 5 km from the Madurai railway station if you want to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city, it takes 15 minutes to reach the hotel. Only Uber auto and bike is available from the Railway station. But not reliable at all, after your booking is confirmed by Uber driver will call you and ask for more, (double) and only if you agree, they'll come. This is a patten in Madurai. I experienced this for all my Uber rides. Everything at the hotel was was excellent, the morning complimentary breakfast is outstanding with some local delicacies. Only issue (currently) some flyover construction currently going on outside the hotel, If you want to explore some shopping, there is a Sarvana store within 2 km of the hotel in case you want to check out for any sarees etc. Overall Good

The hotel extended a world class hospitality and the staff were extremely helpful friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located near the centre of the city but a bit away from the hustle and crowd. I had stayed for one night and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Breakfast spread was also vast and well balanced. Special mention of (in alphabetical order) Angarag, Anwari and Shreya :)

The experience with complementary supply in room was mixed with chargible and complementary. This was learnt during final clearance of bill having additional charge of around ₹1000/- extra and room service is also chargible. Not at all appreciable. It is disgraceful and deceitful act.jut looting the guest in the name of three star hotel. Very bad show.

upon arrival, we were welcomed by name as we were repeat guests. there is a pillow menu. the hotel uses earth-friendly measures - disposable toiletries made from sustainable/recyceble materials. food in buffet breakfast is really tasty. Ask staff for the menu in kitchen for freshly-made thosai/eggs/poori etc. The staff willingly inform the best milk/decoction raitio for their good coffee. there are daily local newspapers and housekeeping gives free refills on fruit and tasty in-house cookies! we were treated to a free dinner as we were repeat guests of the hotel and the current theme celebrating "pandia naadu" has a beautiful spread. very polite staff every where thourghout stay. highly recommend.

Excellent hotel to stay, very helpful and courteous staff, comfortable accommodation, Comfortable bed and pillows. Cleanliness and hygiene. Amenities like pool and gym are well maintained. this place is at a Good location and had good accessibility.
