酒店位置非常棒 去哪裡都可以走路 樓下就有很多很棒的餐廳 每天生活非常方便 minibar每天都足夠兩個人享用 美中不足 我們的窗朝向酒店旁的一條小路 每天夜裡都有人一直在這裏喝酒聊天 影響睡眠

일부 직원(키크고 안경쓰신 백인분)이 동양인에게 참 퉁명스럽고 권위적인것 같습니다.
조식 식당위치, 시간에 대해 체크인때 설명해주지 않았고, 방에들어와서 전화로 문의하려 하니 전화기도 고장나있었습니다.
로비에 가서 말하니 퉁명스러운 표정으로 말도 없이 호텔에 붙어있는 식당을 손가락으로 가르키고 입을 삐죽 내밀고 8am이라고만 했습니다.
전화기 고장과 샤워가운, 슬리퍼를 요청했더니 노 샤워가운! 이라고 소리를 질렀습니다.
그리고 슬리퍼가 지금 없고, 전화기 고쳐주러 올라갈때 가져다 준다했는데 오지 않았고 다음날 외출후 돌아왔을때도 없었습니다.
다시 로비로 가서 다른직원분이 있길래 요청했더니 그자리에서 바로 슬리퍼를 주셨습니댜.(그분은 안경 안쓰신 중후한 남성분이었습니다)
저의 요구사항과 문의사항에 퉁명스럽게 영어도 아닌 스페인어로만 대응했던 키크고 백인에 안경쓰고 약간 곱슬머리 남자분 때문에 매우 불쾌했습니다.

位置很好，附近很熱鬧，近Callao站，徒步可到各景點。房間大且功能性佳，床好睡。每天minibar皆有免費提供飲料和水。

Great location, helpful staff made a two-night weekend away in Madrid. The room was clean with all the facilities I want, and despite being in a busy area was very quiet late at night.
