Petit Palace Preciados

Very good service and incredible location, but old amenities.

We traveled with our 8 and 1 year olds and had all the conceniences we wanted. Lots of dining options in walking distance as well as room service. We were a 24 minute walk from Retiro park and that was the furthest we traveled. So many other attractions much closer. We will definitely stay again.

It was troubling that our Uber driver had to drop us and our luggage two blocks from the hotel because of road closure, but this was not the hotel’s fault. I do wish though that the overhead shower head worked.

This hotel is in the perfect location to walk around Madrid, it is in the center of everything! Just two blocks off Grand Via, within walking distance of all the major attractions, plazas, shopping, restaurants, etc. It is an old hotel with basic furniture and lobby, so don't expect anything fancy. The breakfast was good and there is a 24-hour Nespresso machine which we used every day. Good water pressure and a dual head adjustable shower, although it is small. Nice views from the balconies.

Great location and helpful staff. Upgrade the entrance carpet. Not good first impression when rest of hotel looks good. Very neat and clean suite.

It’s good overall however the there’re was bad smell in the bathroom all the time.

Excellent central location near the Plaza del Sol. Staff was very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. For most of our trip, Lucia help us with all our needs and she was extremely gracious and kind.

This hotel is nice. Just be aware that is in the middle of the center of Madrid so surroundings are noisy and you might hear city life in your room.
