Amazing people working at the reception and the restaurant.
Very efficient team always there and knowledgeable regarding the hotel and Madrid.

The paid buffet breakfast has a lot of food, and if there are many people, you have to wait for a while before the food can be replenished! Most of the staff at the front desk were very willing to help me solve my problems and were very friendly! Each room has a bathroom dryer and heating pipe, which is very convenient! On the first day, we stayed in the last room. The WIFI signal near the corner of the table was weak and could not communicate with the outside world! Perhaps because the router was not installed, the problem was solved by adjusting the room the next day! The room we stayed in the second day: There was a problem with the waterproofing of the partition between the bathroom and the bedroom, and I saw a little leakage after taking a shower!

Friendly and helpful front desk personal, especially Ricardo, who went out his way to receive me at late hours and who also bring me a hot at very early hous of the morning i left while waiting for transportation

Can’t fault the staff as very helpful with ideas of where to go and see plus the metro stations to take and location was great for getting to the livelier parts BUT the beds were hard, pillows incredibly thin, rooms in no way sound proof as stated which was the worse part.

The staff was friendly and helpful I made a mistake with my booking and they assisted adding another night without issues. The room was comfortable, however the batheoom was leaking water and we were unable to take a shawer or bath as the water was super hot we couldnt find the cold water, the room was cleaned the first night and they took the used towels without replacing them, there is a big convenience store and a supermarket like two minutes walk away, the parking is comfortable and easy to access.
