A rubbish hotel with a small iron door and no sign, making it difficult to find. It's not the official image of a big hotel at all. It’s terrible. How could Ctrip help the hotel to make fake claims? Bad review

Though the room is renovated, it was not very clean. The bedsheets had stains. It's ok for a night.

If you want to be right by the Grand Via and not pay heavily, this is good value. The room was clean and acceptable, though short on storage space. Internet connection was spotty our entire time - it was impossible to connect in the mornings and the rest of the time it was slow and unreliable. Also, they only provided one set of keys, which made it quite challenging to have two travelers on different schedules at any point during our stay.

The day I check in, when I arrive at the reception, the person is very arrogant and unprofessional. When I arrive at the room a few hours later, he notifies the room that the air conditioning does not work, it does not cool, so someone at the reception comes down and tells me that They don't have anyone for maintenance and they can't do anything. The bathroom wasn't clean at all. There was a lot of humidity and there was a bad smell around it, so I decided to cancel the reservation and go to another hotel.
