We were in Madrid for the first time, and picked Barcello de Torre primarily based on location and the glowing reviews on Trip Advisor. Anything you read that's positive is true: it's new, clean, perfectly located, reasonably priced, great breakfast, etc, but it seems like every menber of the staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. It's an easy walk to the Royal Palace, the Plaza de Espana subway stop is directly across the street, lots of restaurants close by, easy walk to Puerta del Sol, excellent dinner in the restaurant. large rooms. An extremely well run operation that should be the model for others in it's class.

Definitely a very good option to stay in Madrid, I’m staying here in December that I go back there. I really can recommend this place, the only downside is that if someone from your neighbors leave early the maid services can make so much noice and you end up waking up because of the noise they make.

I booked this hotel with my son as it is a musically themed hotel and it has exceeded all expectations.On arrival we were greeted by Anthony who was extremely helpful and very informative.There are complimentary instruments you my can book to play or if you wish you can also book a replica vinyl turntable for your room with your choice of vinyl.Lovely pool side area with chilled music in the background.All of the staff here have been very kind and helpful during our stay.Superb hotel.
