Hyatt House Morristown

During our stay we only experienced 3 negative issues. One was that as my Wife was in the shower the water temperature dropped drastically which caused ice cold water to escape the shower head. The 2nd issue was that during our stay we were informed that the water had to be shut off for unknown reasons. Lastly, one of the kitchen workers was extremely rude on several occasions to my Wife as well as our sister who accompanied us on this particular stay.

Parking fees for this location is ridiculous. I get some hotels are tight for space but this one has plenty of space and should not be hitting the customer with these fees. Once you’re there they have you. I travel to the area on a monthly basis and will now be finding a new hotel.

The staff was very nice yet we asked to get towels and did not get them our room was not serviced when we asked …

I loved everything about my stay at The Hyatt House Morristown! The check in was fast and easy, the staff were amazing and the Hotel was spotless and smelled amazing (the aroma of a Spa). The room was very clean and had everything a person would need when staying at a hotel. I highly recommend this hotel and I'll definitely be a repeat customer!

Everything was provided in the room; from big size shampoo/conditioner to paper towel in the kitchen. The room was really nice and comfy!

Pillows caused an allergic reaction, couldn't sleep because of this, had to drive 3.5 hours back to Virginia itching like crazy with no sleep.

The property was dirty and the room was dirty. I ended up checking out the same day and stayed with a friend. And the staff didn’t even check me out when I checked out cause I got an alert to check out the next morning.

Spacious room (King suite) - would prefer flooring in pet-friendly room versus carpet since it is obvious that animals have soiled the carpet previously. Great set up for pets - wonderful walking area outside

Sofa bed is an afterthought as in so many such places. One hook in the bathroom is not enough. Despite multiple grab bars in the bathtub, the bathtub floor was slippery, with no non-slip strips. The pocket door between the bathroom and the bedroom stuck and was noisy, not good when using both rooms, My husband said the breakfast food that was supposed to be hot (eggs, potatoes) wasn’t at all hot. Kitchen was very useful, although the dinnerware pieces (bowls, mugs) were quite small. Despite all these, we enjoyed having more room, finding a good restaurant nearby, and having the breakfast option. Check-in and check-out were easy and the front desk staff helpful.
