Excellent service, very clean, workers are polite and helpful. Any problems we had with our rates or explaining what discounts we might have, Management was very informative and helpful with explaining them to us to get the best out of our stay! Our room was comfortable and kept clean… I would highly recommend Extended Stay in Madison Heights!!!

Recommended. Very good service. The staff is very attentive, and the comfortable rooms. They are very pending on cleaning you feel safe and careful. You can really rest and spend the day calmly

The Gentle man at the desk was very polite and very helpful had a problem with my TV they changed my room was very pleasant 😀

Arrived at the hotel. The clerk at the front desk was most friendly and helpful. I went up to my room to find it smelled of stale smoke. I found no furniture at all, no night stand, no chairs, not even a phone or alarm clock. It appears as though they are trying to upgrade but, sorry, not at guest's expense. I went back to the lobby and the clerk apologized several times and gave me a different room. It was better but is obvious that this inn has seen better days. When I returned the key to the first room, I got hit on by one of the employees (not the clerk), saying, I could sleep in her bed anytime. Yikes! I' here for two nights. It isn't the end of the world but I surely will not stay in this Red Roof ever again.
