Service was pretty slow when we got there Thursday night. It wasn’t our waitress fault. Not very organized and kitchen seemed slow. The next morning we had to pay for breakfast. $15.99 for breakfast that is usually included in your stay. We only booked for one night because we had a grandson in a wrestling tournament and didn’t know if we would need two nights. I wish I had booked the second night with trip. Com and I didn’t because we were right there at the convention center and I walked back over and ask to get our same room for one more night. We got it for almost double the price of the first night and still had to pay for breakfast.

The hotel facilities were clean and well maintained. The rooms were updated, clean and serviceable. The parking area all around the facility was well lit and clean as well. The food served was of a high quality and there was variety. The hotel is has so many restaurants within five to ten minutes driving distance. There is a modern arcade where children can play games for tickets to redeem later for prizes, about five minutes up the street for the kids. Local attractions and parks with plenty of green space are close as well. The hotel pool on a Saturday morning in the middle of June was closed for maintenance until 2 p.m. So many people came downstairs in the morning looking to use the pool. Everyone was told the pool was closed until 2 p.m for maintenance. It was not until later about 3 p.m. when someone went and asked that they opened the pool up for guest use. I would defintiely stay there again. This is a quality hotel in a great location.

On the outside I was a little deterred but inside is a total difference extremely clean put together nice and comfortable and elegant to taste on the inside for your single nighters

Very good, all aspects are OK

Continental breakfast is good. Parking is free of charge. Very close to Moss University. There are restaurants in the surrounding area, and there are Japanese restaurants opened by Chinese people.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was pleasant. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, and the room felt fresh. The shower pressure was excellent, ensuring a refreshing experience. I found the accommodations comfortable, and I could have easily extended my stay. However, a minor downside was the sensation of a syrupy film on the carpet, so wearing slippers or socks is advisable.
