Service was pretty slow when we got there Thursday night. It wasn’t our waitress fault. Not very organized and kitchen seemed slow. The next morning we had to pay for breakfast. $15.99 for breakfast that is usually included in your stay. We only booked for one night because we had a grandson in a wrestling tournament and didn’t know if we would need two nights. I wish I had booked the second night with trip. Com and I didn’t because we were right there at the convention center and I walked back over and ask to get our same room for one more night. We got it for almost double the price of the first night and still had to pay for breakfast.

Tired Courtyard that is in desperate need of renovation. Plugs at bedside loose and would not hold a phone charger. Furniture, TVs, bathrooms all old and outdated. I haven’t seen magnetic ***** key cards and the problems that come with them in years. Only one elevator with buttons so worn down that you couldn’t make out the floor numbers. Arrived at 5pm ahead of a concert to one of our rooms not being ready, according to the desk they had accommodated others checking in early for the same concert we were in town for. Why punish those following the rules by allowing others to break them? This concert was planned for months and you had time to prepare. To her credit, the lady working the front desk was extremely pleasant as was the restaurant staff. Whole property on par with a Days Inn.

On the outside I was a little deterred but inside is a total difference extremely clean put together nice and comfortable and elegant to taste on the inside for your single nighters

Very good, all aspects are OK

Continental breakfast is good. Parking is free of charge. Very close to Moss University. There are restaurants in the surrounding area, and there are Japanese restaurants opened by Chinese people.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was pleasant. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, and the room felt fresh. The shower pressure was excellent, ensuring a refreshing experience. I found the accommodations comfortable, and I could have easily extended my stay. However, a minor downside was the sensation of a syrupy film on the carpet, so wearing slippers or socks is advisable.
