Tivemos uma experiência muito negativa no hotel. Após o café da manhã, uma pessoa da família passou mal e vomitou durante todo o dia, perdendo um evento importante. Procuramos ajuda básica, como chá ou biscoito água e sal, mas o hotel não ofereceu nenhum tipo de suporte. A única atitude tomada foi o envio da camareira para limpar o quarto, após nossa solicitação. Esperávamos mais cuidado e atenção em uma situação de emergência.

Bom saber que o hotel está passando por reforma em algumas áreas. Talvez seja esta a maior necessidade de melhoria, pois de resto o hotel é bom, principalmente no atendimento dado aos hóspedes.

Terrible room(s)
My bathroom was disgusting. Black mold all around the bat tub and glass sliding door. I immediately asked for another room. My new room was better but my bed sheets were a shade of grey not white. Then my AC stopped working and my room safe did not work. I was moved to a 3rd room which was about the same. But my room safe did not work. I reported it and someone looked at it and said he would come back. He never did. In the morning there was no hot water. I checked out.

O Sr.Rafael (gerente) estava sempre disponível quando solicitado para nos orientar com uma comunicação clara e amigável.
