Oh I love this hotel. It has free breakfast and provides free bus/train rides within zone 10. Breakfast has huge variety but taste can be improved.

The hotel location is fine and the room is quite good. However, the check in was delayed and the receptionist tried to impose a higher city tax on me.

Location is good, very near bus station…there are many shops around the hotel to browse..u can walk to the train station in 15 mins also…room is so so…consider ok 👍 breakfast is ok ..

Here are a few points of feedback: Friendly Staff: The staff were generally friendly and polite. When I arrived at the hotel earlier than the check-in time, the staff provided space for storing my luggage. Comfortable Accommodations: The room I stayed in was generally comfortable and clean, providing a decent level of comfort during my stay. However, there were a few minor maintenance issues that could be addressed, such as the brightness of the light. Also, the spray at the toilet did not function properly. The dining options at the hotel were satisfactory. While the meals I had were tasty, I felt that there could have been a bit more variety in the menu offerings, especially for guests staying for an extended period.

quite expensive for a chain hotel but not much choice if you are going to lucern in peak season, basic room and service

From the moment I did the check in, it was terrible, a receptionist that seem know nothing about his job, every single step he entered info into their computer? He would have to go back room & check with his superior, took a long time for the whole process to be completed, and insisted I must pay a total of CHF54 for city tax on the spot, no payment allowed upon check out. Once is enough, no way going to go back to a hotel that care more for city tax, then giving keys to clients who just landed from a long flight.
