Stayed here for 2 nights while in Lusaka. Location is central, convenient to Levy Mall shopping center, bank, government office etc. The lobby and restaurant are great (tasted the stew mutton). The room is small and can be decorated with more, but overall. The carpet in the corridor was stained and needed to be replaced. The staff was very friendly and helpful with our tour around Lusaka.

As a regular, I stayed here for a week each month last year and I was impeccable about this hotel. The staff was very attentive and always friendly. The hotel is clean and has great amenities around it. The internet speed is sometimes unstable but generally not bad. The food here is superb, with a range of West Indian and Chinese dishes plus local dishes, so there is no problem. This hotel is safe and reliable for business trips. South African Airways staff stay there every night because heads of state sometimes stay at this hotel, which can already show that the hotel is very good, highly recommended.

Breakfast was average and environment was ok. There is a 24-hour convenience store near the gas station next to it. It is too difficult to find a convenience store in Lusaka. In a business district, you can go to the supermarket to buy something during the day.

A local skyscraper with nice view on higher floor. I had a good time watching World Cup 2022 with the large in room to. The bed is also comfortable.

During our family visit to Zambia from London, Lilayi Lodge emerged as a destination of choice, prompted by my sister's enthusiastic commendation. Nevertheless, the courteous, professional, and helpful demeanor of the staff left a lasting impression. I would like to suggest the introduction of a traditional Afternoon Tea service, complete with sandwiches and scones, as an enhancement to the overall guest experience. In comparison to numerous international hotels and safari lodges I have frequented, Lilayi Lodge has earned its place within my top 7. I anticipate a return visit to further indulge in the quality offerings of this distinguished establishment.

Great experience. Loved the room. Very neat all in order. The most outstanding part of the experience was the friendly staff. The best ever experience. I travel a lot and to find a warm team is rare. The team there was awesome. Everyone greeted with a genuine warm smile. I am fussy about beds, so thank you for having linen that does not smell of a previous client.

Stayed at this hotel on a business trip, luck was super good, the first day of check-in met owner, a smiling overseas Chinese, very helpful. The bacon for the hotel breakfast is delicious and the hotel service staff is in place. Business hotels are worth two or three brushes. It is about 30 minutes drive from the airport. The hotel provides pick-up and drop-off service and sends email in advance. If you are not familiar with Zambia, you can consult the hotel front desk and be very enthusiastic.
