The front desk said that the room number was not displayed here......... I was completely speechless. Is this the quality that a hotel service should have? ? ? It is recommended to go through the whole reheating training! ! ! In addition, I didn't pay attention and booked a windowless room, thinking that I would just sleep for one night and leave on the high-speed train the next day. The location of the hotel is okay, and the price is reasonable compared to the high-priced B&Bs in the city during the peak tourist season. But the location of this windowless room should be more like a utility room, right? The overhead water pipe kept making noises throughout the night. It felt like I had taken a shower in the room upstairs. I wonder if it was the location of the main drain pipe.

I stayed here for two days in a row. One day of my stay came with free breakfast. The breakfast was also very delicious. I liked it very much. I will stay here again next time.

When I went through the process of renewing my room on the 26th, the front desk forgot to give me a coffee coupon. The front desk was directing and acting... I had just paid the room fee and was given the breakfast coupon I asked for. I didn't give the coffee coupon and went straight to the bar to get the coffee, but the result was... When I got the coffee, I asked for a coffee roll (the front desk had just paid the room fee and it didn’t take a minute). The key was the tone of the front desk’s speech... Haha!

I stayed at this hotel on a business trip, not far from Longmen High-speed Railway Station, a fifteen-minute walk away. The front desk service is good. You get a cup of coffee every day you check in. The hotel also spends one point on Ctrip to provide a free fruit snack pack, which is not bad. The room was just the right size, clean and sanitary. The weather was cold and the heater was warm when turned on, but it was a bit noisy, which was acceptable.
