Excellent hotel and service. Han Pei Pei was very helpful in arranging private car transportation to the high speed rail and telling us how to get to the National Peony Garden. The hotel breakfast is an extensive buffet in with 6 differ not kinds of Tea. For fruit they have Dragon fruit, strawberries, Rock Melon among many others.

I absolutely cannot tell you how much I loved this hotel. If you can believe it I think it might have been the highlight of our trip so far. We were picked up at the station by a car, and taken to the hotel. On arrival Feng Yi, the bellboy provided us with warm towels and tea whilst we checked in. We were on the 17th floor, facing the peony plaza. The room was spacious, and with water, tea, fruit and even bags of candies, as a personalised note welcoming us. Then as if it could get any more lovely at night we were provided with yogurt and Li tang before bed. The breakfast was wonderful and diverse. My only point to note, and this is really something we have noticed on this trip to China, is that very few staff, including the desk staff speak English. Luckily, I was able to communicate through wechat and voice translator. That said, I speak some Mandarin so that also helped. But the staff we attentive, kind, welcoming, warm and it was thanks to them that we had such a wonderful time in Luoyang.

Even this is a very old hotel but location is just at Peony Square subway station.

It was clean. However, impeccable cleanliness is never possible. Otherwise, it's a good hotel. Worth the money. Not very soundproof, though. A bathtub in the room - a shower would be more convenient. The shower head is fixed, so if you are tall, you will need bend slightly to have a shower.

The product quality of the hotel and room are consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. Their staff is so helpful and friendly. There are so many good local restaurants around the hotel I highly recommend it to anyone who travels to Luoyang.

The Henan Hu La Tang for breakfast in Xi'an is peppered, and the restaurant waiter said that only pepper is added. Is that true?

Too old. When you stand in the bathtub to take a shower, the water can't go down. The shower head sprays everywhere... The hair dryer doesn't work well, what kind of wind is it blowing? What's the weird way to turn off the lights in the room? It's controlled on a table that looks like a lamp at the head of the bed. Renovate it soon. Everything else is good.

The room is spacious, convenient for travel, and the service is warm and thoughtful. The only shortcoming is the bathroom facilities. It would be better if the hotel could renovate it. Bottled drinks are unlimited, and they also gave us zongzi during the Dragon Boat Festival.

The room is spacious, which is not easy in an old hotel, and the facilities are complete. The location is very good, it is the second time I have stayed here. The subway was still under construction when I stayed last time. This time, the station entrance is right in front of the hotel. It takes 5 stops to Yingtianmen and Mingtiantang. It is right outside the subway station to the Drum Tower of Luoyi Ancient City. There are parking lots in front and back, the staff is hospitable, and the 3 waiters bring surprises every day. It is not easy to achieve water freedom and replenish as you go.

The Friendship Hotel I know is generally a hotel for receiving foreign guests. I stayed there and experienced that it was indeed a foreign-related hotel. The reception staff was polite and had a good etiquette image. I also saw photos of many national leaders staying here. It is convenient to live here. There is Metro Line 1 downstairs, and you can go to several attractions.
