After repeated communication, it was discovered that the previous guest had changed the password. The front desk called us to connect to the Wi-Fi in the next room, which was called closeness and strong signal. 2. When I went out early the next morning, I clicked on the cleaning light. When I came back at night, the room was not cleaned at all. The front desk reply was very busy today. The aunt of the guest room said that they could not come in and clean without the front desk informing them. It's also amazing. Is the cleaning lamp in the hotel a decoration? It's difficult to get good business in your store, so we can't ask the residents to be hygienic?

I have stayed in the hotel for a week and I am still satisfied with the hotel. The front desk staff are enthusiastic, serious and polite! The work attitude is in place, the room is clean and hygienic, and the cleaning staff of Ms. Dong cleaned very neatly and meticulously! And although there are not many varieties of breakfast, it can be eaten well! What is unsatisfactory is that the windows of the room are too small and too small to open, due to the lack of air circulation in the room due to the hot summer...∴Hope to change the facilities!

酒店在解放路，樓下就是地鐵站、公交車站和共享電動車，交通超級便利，房間乾淨衞生，很明亮窗户很大，窗簾是自動的，兩張單人床是1.35的，帶孩子睡很寬敞，床墊枕頭很舒服，5樓的房間十分安靜，酒店送的伴手禮很貼心，智能機器人給孩子送了小童拖鞋和外賣，孩子太喜歡了。

位置很方便，到地鐵站步行三五分鐘；周邊有綜合商業體，也有居民區的街道，吃飯購物很方便；房間比較小，床尾過道四五十公分，洗漱用品不好用；大床房都是把邊的，門口是布草車和清潔車停放點，走廊盡頭就是消防通道，是個室外樓梯，私密性和安全性不好；3樓有KTV，相近樓層可能有聲音。

特別舒服，有地暖，超級暖和，房間很乾凈，佈局也合理，衞生間很大，乾濕分離，用品齊全，地理位置就在街面上很好找，旁邊就是一片商業區，買東西很方便，晚上出來直接旁邊小路口還有小吃野攤，交通方便，離地鐵很近，出門就是一個電驢集散停車場，特別適合洛陽電驢逛吃，價位合理，看到老闆擺的小茶葉想買一袋，結果老闆娘怕時間太長送了一包給我們，還不錯的正山小種，用了房間裏的小茶具，度假逛吃非常滿意

位置好找，門口有公交，打車也方便。 酒店，硬件完備，衞生整潔。軟件服務，熱情、規範、團隊合作、從細節入手，服務上檔次。我住了五晚，體驗好，下次還來。
