Facilities were fairly maintained compared to its operations (just started in 2024 or 2023). Rather far away from metro or scenic areas. Reception staff was cold and indifferent. The hotel as a whole was overrated.

牡丹節出差酒店漲價還是有些厲害…
但是不得不説早餐要比洛陽這邊同級別的華住好太多，尤其是牛肉湯必點啊！熬的非常濃郁，肉也給的多。酒店的電梯還是蠻有特色的，健身房小了點但是器械都很新。

設施：大體都可以用，有一些細節需要注意，比如水龍頭打開或者關閉有很大的異響，淋浴房的排水也不太流暢。
衞生：還不錯沒有什麼死角。
環境：橘子酒店一貫的風格還不錯。
服務：前台服務熱情，臨走主送給水，機器人送外賣也很方便。
其他：
酒店停車場很大停車方便，健身房器械雖然不多，但是都是泰諾健的，這一點比很大五星級酒店都要好。

非常喜歡這家桔子，本身我就是桔子的常客，每到一個城市選擇住宿首選桔子！
這家桔子的正門設計非常歐式，客房的佈局衞生間和卧床分割的非常合理，淋浴間很大！房間也都很大，採光好，停車更是方便，旁邊的停車大院直接開車繞到酒店後門。早餐廳有設計感也很時尚！
衞生間的地漏特意製作了遮蓋，可見管理的精細化。
前台小姐姐樑同學、段同學服務超貼心，給我太太送了禮物，我兒子安排了小童洗漱套裝！非常值得推薦的一家桔子！

位置：酒店不在老城旅遊區，周邊很方便，晚上也比較安靜。洛陽不大，打車去哪裡都很方便。
設施：設施很新很實用，房間面積大，佈局合理，置物枱麪也很寬大，不必什麼都堆在行李箱裏。洗衣房也使用了一次，洗衣機烘衣機都挺新的，不用帶洗衣液，對住的時間長的客人很方便，
服務：酒店工作人員非常奈斯且細心，第一天入住的是朝南房間，有點熱不適應，第二天提出換房後就出門玩耍去了，回來酒店不但已經幫忙完成搬家，所有的物品都擺放在之前的位置上，細節滿滿非常感動。
餐飲：飲用水不限量供應，房間提供的橘子軟糖好好吃。早餐趕上活動也非常划算，自助簡餐該有的都有，牛肉湯味道不錯。
總結：整體體驗非常好，長者孩子都非常喜歡這裏。

訂了三間房，裏面裝飾可可愛愛，連牙刷牙膏的包裝都可可愛愛，暖氣一直開的很足，還有免費元氣森林和酸奶，太貼心了，在暖暖的屋子裡麪喝着飲料吃着外賣，吃飽喝足出去逛景點

看到是新開業的門店 跑過去住了 整體還好吧 不過就是個老樓，屋頂層高太低 一出電梯廳有點壓抑 沒有地暖 全部是空調 拉了一夜空調 嗓子要變形了 不太隔音 睡覺輕的人，可能會受一些影響！
