************* everything is good.. though it's kinda old hotel, the facilities met the expectation.. pools are spacious.. beach just walking distance.. will repeat again next time..

Clean and big rooms. Suitable for families. Nice pool. Beach not suitable for swimming.

The room is clean, nice view and the ocean at the back side but needs improvement for food.

All good, that was my 2nd time book this hotel. Just curious on car park if we arrived on late night, no parking available. 😊

We check in at 1600hrs no body attend at the stairs to the lobby to carry our bags. The attendance just look from the side of the lobby. On entering the room 704 , it is warm inside and no bath towel in the toilet. The toilet is not very clean n need to give more attention at corners. We went out in the evening and found out one of the card for entering the room not functioning. We hosted dinner with four of my local friends at 2030 and the food prepared was a bit slow even there was not many customer. The breakfast quality was poor and not many choice. Nasi lemak not enough santan and tasted like nasi putih. The ikan bilis mata biru is more appropriate for the sambal., You must have a special food and quality that can promote your image.

My family so enjoy during holiday! The price very reasonable compared to other apps

Hotel in town lumut with nice view because my room sea view and pool view. Besides that, staff friendly and soft spoken..i really enjoy my vacation

The room is spacious but furnitures and beds need repairs and refurbishments. Breakfast was average.

Despite bad review about this hotel, I am happy with the room cleanliness but cannot deny the wear and tear here and there. Repair and maintenance is badly needed. The shower head in our bathroom is not functioning well. Iron station is outside, they need to place a fan. It was hot. Breakfast is provided, and the food is as usual, like any other hotels of similar rating. The room is air-conditioned. There's a balcony with sea view. Nice. Swimming pool for kids is too small and too crowded. The service is great.
