I had planned a one night stay with my daughter-in-law and 4 year-old granddaughter. I was able to check-in with a lovely young lady with no problems. We easily got settled in our room. The accommodations were very nice, and we had a nice view to be able to see the lights. I asked for a late checkout and was given a time of noon, which worked out fine.
The only disappointments were first the indoor pool seemed a little stained. The water was heated but not warm enough. My granddaughter enjoyed swimming before bedtime.
The only real complaint was with the breakfast. We arrived midway through the serving hours. The room was packed with guests, and all the seating for more than two people was all occupied. There were two available tables that seated two people with very small round tables. We finally found one of those and were able to move a chair to the table. The small table was cramped with 3 of us trying to eat there. The worst problem was that midway through serving hours, they were running out of everything. There were foods that were gone, and they ran out of plastic forks. We inquired at the front desk for more, and they said they were completely out of them. The food was pretty good. However, the only available protein options were a southwestern omelette and sausage links. They were out of yogurt. Scrambled eggs and bacon or ham would have been good.
The dining area was very congested and people were using the lobby. The dining area needs to be reconfigured.
