There were some hiccups as I chgecked in; like the key card not working p[roperly etc. However, everything got sorted out nicely without any problem and that too quickly. Once settled in to a well appoi8nted room, the stay was more like being at home than anything else. Great hospitality. The breakfast buffest was sumptuous and had quite a variety of dishes. A very nice place to stay in Lucknow.

Very bad experience, Reception and other staff are behaving like road side dhaba staff. they want all payment in personal account. Please don't book this type of hotel. Hotel interior are good but room size too small. Staff service very slow.

I am over 75 years old. My wife and I stayed in the Hotel from 5th Nov to 10th Nov 2022. We, a group of classmates had come from all over India for class reunion. My wife and I had drove in from Delhi. The room and bathroom were clean. Linen clean. The mattress was lumpy at places. Breakfast was included in our plan and it was good and ample. The waiters and room cleaning staff were helpful and polite. The bar on the 5th floor was excellent. When I arrived at the hotel I was told to hand over the car keys and the valet would park the car. The car was parked on a side lane across the road in front of a hotel. I was told there was not enough parking space in the hotel premises. On the 3rd day of our hotel stay my car was parked in the hotel. On the day of our departure I noted that my car rear fender had been scratched badly by a car with black paint ( My car is Silver). This was shown the the 3 watchmen who did not have an idea when this happened. Too ***y cars were tightly packed in the hotel as every day, ***y wedding receptions were going on in the hotel. On 10th Morning when checking out of hotel I forgot my backpack at the reception while I cleared my hotel dues. On reaching Delhi at 630 pm I realized it had been left at the hotel reception. I immediately called the hotel and was told that they will investigate and call back. I called after 30 minutes and was given the same answer. Called after 2 hours and they did not take my call. Till today 3 days later they have not called me and are not picking up my calls. The backpack contained my diabetes medicines including Insulin vials. It had my visiting cards, Lucknow class reunion memento with both my wife and my name. Only the backpack itself was of expensive make. The average rating is given because of the hotel ***agement attitude towards customers property. Surely, they could have called me and told me whether they found it or not. There were CCTV cameras all over the reception.

Hotel room was not clean and full of smell when checked in. Asked the reception person immediately but i was surprised when instead of changing the room reception person told me that need to check and verify whether room is smelling or not. Weird rule of the hotel, this showing that they have zero care of guest. First time in life i found this type of rule of hotel. By the way they finally changed the room after verification. But the room was very basic and full of mosquito. I asked for slippers but again response from reception was again weird when they told that one pair is complementary and other pair will be charged. Same was repeated for dental kit as well. Whole night i was not able to sleep due to mosquito. I would not recommend to go this hotel for any one. In same price you can find better hotel and service. Avoid this hotel. 1. Not cleaned room and washroom 2. Bed is also not comfortable, spring coiled bed which was too much jumpy 3. Room chair's cloth was also not cleaned 4. Full of mosquito in the room 5. Staff behaviour, untrained staff
