Don’t stay here! They charged me for an additional room they won’t refund my money. They stole from me I’m filing a police report

Omg I really did not expect the poor conditions of the room! Bathroom door did not close, random stains in the shower as well as rusty fixtures! The breakfast was old dry potatoes and sausage sitting in grease with the fruit being apples. Had to ask for milk to be filled for cereal (sugar cereal) hot water lukewarm etc etc. but worst of all a young man came in to case the tables, asked for $$, helped himself to food do no controls. One room card did not work, waited 10 minutes for front desk staff who didn’t show do gave up. Hallways ice cold, heaters unplugged. Window drapes have holes. You name it, awful.

The staff are not friendly at all, I drove 4 hours to Pa when I got there it was 2:40 pm , I had my reservation I go to check in , there was no room ready , I had to wait for 1 hour and half to get a clean room . One of the staff said to me it’s not her problem that I got there before check in time . Mind you the parking was empty everybody check out at 12pm, at 2:40 there’s was no room clean for customers. Bad service , nasty people

Shower did not drain. some kind of bug in our room biting us. Hallway freezing. Breakfast was less than fresh and only fruit was old apples and brown bananas. $50 deposit seems like a bait and switch.

The tv was broken in the first room we were given, so we were moved upstairs. The second room had a leaking faucet in the tub which ran all night.
Breakfast was terrible and pancake machine was broken with no replacement options.
Location was clean and staff was friendly.

After flushing the toilet, it take more then 5 minutes before you can flush again. The toilet also got clogged. I notified the overnight person and they gave me plunger to go fix it myself. There were also ants crawling in room. I attached a picture of one of the ants that was crawling on our stuff. The breakfast very meh. I will say the front desk people were nice, friendly and helpful. The room paint was missing in some places.

Both mornings had no hot water for showers (first day maintenance issue, second day “it ran out have to wait”). The hallway blew air conditioning when it was 40° outside. Room temperature was cold-HAD to have room heat at 78° to be warm. Not enough blankets to stay warm at night. Limited TV channel selection. Breakfast was cold and rarely filled.

I liked how quiet it was. I liked the set up of the room but it needs updated starting with the bed, curtains, and carpet.
