They put customer luggage unattended in the hotel alley without any cover nor not even in a room.
And the welcoming biscuits are half open . That meant they don’t even check and renew all the amenities for the customers.
The front office people are rude and unhelpful.
We paid £250 per night for bed and breakfast in exchange something for that. We can get way better service in London Central area.
Thank you but it is not a friendly hotel to Chinese customers.

房子是loft，石頭和木頭建造的房屋，空間大 乾淨，樓上雙人床，廁所，樓下沙發床，樓梯下衣帽間，還有一個小壁龕！屋外景色非常漂亮，小河從門前經過，四周都是綠草坪，周圍農場，有馬匹！
早餐超級超級好吃！
遺憾前一天入住是沒有選擇預訂晚餐，根據早餐的美味程度可以推斷晚餐一定很好！

酒店雖然比較古老，但是一應俱全，小鄉村很美，散散步很舒服，酒店早餐也很好吃，由於酒店比較古老所以如果住二樓行李需要自己提上去，其他的一切都很好，辦理入住的小姐姐很熱心，一次不錯的家庭度假體驗！

식사는 아시아인들에겐 너무 짜지만 그래도 맛있고 기대 이상.
방 배정 2층은 특별 요청으로 미리 요청해야 하는것같음
방음이 전혀 안되고 2층에서 걸어다닐때마다 삐걱거리는 소리들림
천창안에 파이프가 있는지 잘때 물이 계속 떨어지는 소리가 들리나 몇시간뒤 멈춤

Noisy room you could hear every step upstairs and outside the room.. pretty basic but good breakfast.
