Service at the front desk was good and the room looked fine upon check in but I woke up with what appears to be a trail of bed bug bites. I looked for other reviews online and saw that someone had killed a bed bug in this hotel 4 months ago so I am fairly confident that they have not remedied the problem. I will not be staying here again and I can only pray that I didn’t leave with any hitchhikers.

Just an overnighter for a concert. Got the room cheap from an app. Room did the job, only thing that I thought was strange was the $200 deposit..I didn't pay anything close to that for the room. But again not a huge deal seeing it got it back the next day.

For a one night stay it was good. Bed was comfy, place was clean, everything was accessible. Only thing, which maybe is small, is that there was only one bedside table. I couldn't keep my phone or my glasses close or even have a glass of water close by on my side. It may be silly, but it does make a difference 😅.

Super rude and unprofessional staff .
Must be under new management as I’ve stayed here several times as I own a medical clinic for veterans down the road. And have never been treated with such unprofessionally till this trip.

Tv needs to be update. There must be a staff to help with luggage no body was there to help. Its hard to lift the bags to keep them upstairs on 2nd floor without help or without elevator

1.coffee maker in room still had old coffee in it
2. bathroom needs work, walls and ceiling. poor finish work
3. pillows are terrible
4. we had to pay extra for a room on the first floor and we had to pay extra 25$ x2 for our pets. money grab !
