Great hotel with great service! We originally were checked into the wrong room, but the front desk lady took care of fixing things right away. The hotel is undergoing renovations so there’s some evidence of that but nothing that’s problematic for guests. We really really loved the location which is PERFECT! Easy to get to Boulder and to get a nice dinner nearby. Thank you so much for making our trip great!

A little bit of the feeling of a domestic chain hotel, the overall is still healthy, relatively quiet. The room facilities are a bit rudimentary, but unfortunately there is no big bed room, sleeping two is a bit wasteful, breakfast has not had time to eat, the same people are more mixed, smoking more

this Hampton property is our go-to when we travel to the Denver/Boulder area. The room rates are more reasonable than hotels closer to Boulder or Denver, but the quality is on par or better. The staff were helpful with both check-in and other needs during the stay. We had to make some minor adjustments to our stay, and they were able to assist quickly. The rooms are standard Hampton set-up and size. If there is one complaint that I have about the room, it is that the bathrooms are not well lit and the showers are tired/over used. The breakfast is standard Hampton fare; another observation of this property is they have a small serving area and seating area, which is prone to crowding when barely 6-12 guests are trying to use it. The Coal Creek trail is immediately behind the hotel; this trail provides immediate access to miles of paved and crushed gravel pathway for walking/running/cycling.

This place is a convenient and affordable option near Boulder and Broomfield (and Louisville, where it is actually located). Lots of good shopping (Super Target!) and restaurants nearby. Hotel felt slightly dated (mid to late 1990s, maybe?), but the room was spacious and bed was comfortable. There were a lot of dead insects on the window sills and behind the desk... I wish they had cleaned a bit more thoroughly before I arrived. I also wish the room had a smart TV, but was able to hook up my Nintendo Switch with an HDMI connection so that was fine. Staff was very nice. Guests and/or their pets occasionally made lots of noise in the halls/stairwells, but couldn't really hear this from my bed so it was OK. Good place overall.

If I could give -5 stars I would!!! I stayed at this hotel after helping my sister with her end of life process. And I stayed here for several weeks. During my stay my card was double charged for the same booking. Fortu ately this was taken care of the First time it happened. I was forced to evacuate due to the wildfires in Colorado, and I still had 2 days remaining on my stay. I was charged for the full stay that I could not complete, and I was charged the actual amount for the days that I did stay. I called the hotel and it was closed until the end of January 2022, and is still closed even now. I called their corporate office and was hung up on several times by many representatives. I was staying at a La Quinta in Loveland Colorado and the general manager there offered to help me and call the corporate office. She was hung up on multiple times also! Corporate said that they did an investigation of this and found nothing wrong! Yet I have the viable proof on my bank statements that I WAS double charged!!! I sent an email to the gm of this La Quinta and to her assistant manager, amd still not even one reply back, nor has anyone been willing to take responsibility for this!!! The gm was over worked and communicated this during my stay there. And she was even staying at the hotel to sleep. The hotel wqs really understaffed and had difficlty even emptying the trash cans which were spilling over every day and blowing trash into the parking lot. The hotel is in dire need of repairs! I sincerely wish the gm, the assistant manager and corporate would have had integrity and honesty, and done the right thing here!!!!

This was literally a last minute booking as we decided a day of activities had worn us out. Mark at front desk was very accommodating and gave us a great room on the 2nd floor. There is a convenient elevator near the front desk. The room was comfortable, the mattress was great and the entire experience was top notch. Great muffins at breakfast the next morning.
