When I went to the front desk to solve the problem, I had to wait for approval from the leader. I would like to ask, as a hotel owned by Wyndham, do you not know the principle of putting guests first? The reason why I gave the service four stars is because the front desk was very enthusiastic and helped me change to a slightly cooler room. The attitude was very good. It is said that it is still an executive room (the wallpaper is moldy), forget it, just live for one night and leave tomorrow, wasting a good mood.

Seeing that we had washed a lot of children's clothes and had nowhere to dry them, she prepared a small portable drying rack for us. We hung the clothes on the hook above the bathtub and hung them on it. I was very touched when I saw it after I came back from a trip.
