這是我最噁心的酒店，沒有之一我帶着兩個孩子，門不能反鎖，反鎖那個扭不動，前台叫打掃衞生的阿姨來，就説我把床單坐皺了，不給換，如果要換，需要我出坐皺的床單的錢，再打電話給前台，就説了句不給換，然後話都沒説完，就掛電話。我也不知道這個衞生員到底幹什麼的，一屋子的煙味不處理，蟑螂什麼的都有，我還沒入住，小黃卡就已經塞門縫來了，跟我説這個酒店很安全，沒有問題，就糾結床單那點褶皺，門鎖不能反鎖不給解決，就説上面領導要求那麼嚴，重點不是客户的要求嗎？
