The one-to-one customer service response was quick and the attitude was very good. The housekeeper was also kind and friendly throughout the process. The details were perfect, and the afternoon tea and late-night desserts were exquisite and ritualistic. I feel very happy as soon as I enter the room. It's big, bright and clean. The bathroom, small living room and indoor swimming pool are all very satisfying. Just look at the pictures. Unexpectedly, there is a tatami room, where the snoring father can sleep without disturbing the mother and son. My favorite part is the long tables and chairs and the pool on the terrace, which fills the atmosphere. Especially when you make tea and listen to music there at night, it’s incredibly romantic.
