第二次入住，非常不滿，因為直接網上訂的，所以都不給好房間，先給的末尾的房間，我要求換房間，結果，換個房間，前台當著我還趕快讓服務人員查房，什麼意思？我進去一看不滿意就出來了，這樣我覺得是侮辱我人格！
再説房間，地毯老舊，房間有異味，而且根本不夠25平方，是因為平台訂，所以不給好房間嗎？

在退房的時候聽到幾個當地人在聊天，説這個酒店做了兩年多的隔離酒店，酒店在這兩年之內不管有沒有什麼特殊情況，都應該告知現在入住的客人，客人應該有知情權。問前台，前台支支吾吾説不出來，一副掩耳盜鈴的模樣，知道這個情況後心裏特別不舒服

體驗感非常差，房間空調不製冷，辦理入住極其慢。一大早退房趕車時間本就來不及，前台發票也不會開。導致未開到發票，壞心情！

前台服務熱情專業。周圍環境好，房間裝修、設施雖整體不是太新，但設施齊全。隔音好，休息十分安靜。酒店門前及院內均可停車，方便又安全。
