Park Lane Apartments - Clarges Street

Clean room and nice location. I went on a trip with my wife. We were happy with the condition of the apartment and were provided with everything we need but the service could have been quicker. Overall pretty satisfied. Would recommend for solo trips.

Appalling after care service. Apartment is ok but be aware there is no reception. You check in at another property, paying some guy with a card machine. Since leaving I have telephoned and sent text messages requesting a VAT invoice but have had no reply. This was requested when I checked in.

Location is brilliant , literally around the corner from the ritz and a 2 min walk to Green pk tube station. Booking easy, When u arrive call the mobile and your given the key code. We stayed in apartment 4 on the 3rd floor, there is a lift. Plenty of room, large lounge, bedroom comfy bed, bathroom with 2 sinks, bath and shower, kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, coffee machine, kettle, toaster. We had all the windows as was a very hot night, noise was minimal.Towels, mini shoer, hair gels supplied. Now the poor points, no air con, or fan was very hot, fridge/freezer didn't close properly, bathroom floor cracked and loose and shower was broken so you had to hold it to shower. No jug to fill to put cool water. No ice tray, but freezer didn't work anyway. Thankfully we only stayed one night, so really only used as a bed for the night. The only shop near by is M&S so pricey, I'd bring milk, biscuts and other provisions if staying more than 1 night. All in all good, could be exceptional with a little TLC.

We booked a supposed deluxe apartment. It was not as advertised. Woke up to find Cockroaches in the kitchen. Fridge was dented on the inside and had rusted. Wardrobe door was hanging off its runners. Bathroom had two basins one of which was not working. Unit under basin was leaking and shelving rotted. Ceramic floor tiles were broken and hazardous to the feet. Bathroom tiles fell off during a windy night. Bath tiles had sharp edges so I cut my foot. Lift was out of order during the week. Door bell was rung late at night on numerous occasions waking us up. It was advertised as a serviced apartment, but it said in the information book that it would be extra for the service. Needless to say our once in a lifetime 54th anniversary was totally ruined. Tried to get in touch with the company and they don’t respond. Total rip off stay as far away as you can from these rouges.

Booked this as ideal location for a day out in London but I wish I never did. 1 hour before I was checking in I got told the apartment I had booked & paid £300 for wasn’t actually available. I was left with no choice but to accept the alternative. The apartment itself was fine (nowhere near as nice as my original one booked) but the building was a bomb site, currently being refurbed, paint & tools everywhere. This aside I went out for the afternoon & put the key back in my designated Key Safe. When I returned later that evening the key wasn’t there & I wasn’t even able to stay in the apartment as I couldn’t get in & the concierge weren’t answering. Had to get a 2 hour taxi home 😂😂 I gave the company multiple attempts to reach out to me, I’ve called / emailed all week but no reply. Don’t like to leave bad reviews but this company more than deserve it unfortunately.

My disabled family’s awful and traumatic experience with Clarges park lane apartments. These people are criminals who misold an apartment and facilities to us and caused us great distress, also stealing my personal information and hacking into my personal accounts stealing money and buying an iPhone 15 pretending to be me. We arrived in London and were left stranded and unsupported immediately after getting the keys to a place we did not pay for. Not what was shown on *********** and not the same address, we were next door to the place I paid for. There wasnt even enough beds for us all to sleep on and when we got locked out of the apartment, there was no 24/7 reception which was promised and me and my party of 5 disabled children were left vulnerable in the rain in London for hours at night and had to call the emergency services to get us back inside. I am hoping for a full refund and for these criminals to be taken off the *********** website so they do not do this to anyone else. Aside from the property not being the same as the images sold to me on the website, it couldn’t accommodate us and our calls and texts were ignored. The cleaners were inside when we got there, and there was not one of the facilities promised. DO NOT STAY THERE. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

I didn’t realize this was essentially a VRBO unit when I booked on ******* and had expected more of a hotel experience. The host did not meet us on site as advertised. The building is under construction so the lift was not functional and we had a lot of loud, aggregating noise outside our door every morning (I wasn’t notified of this prior to booking). We didn’t realize there were light switches to turn on the stairwell lights, so we lugged all of our suitcases up two flights of stairs in the dark. The apartment itself was ok and location was very convenient, but knowing what I know now, I would not have chosen this place.

I had booked the apartment for 5 Nights and had to leave the next day itself. The Apartments are not at all clean, there were bugs in the wardrobe and all around the apartment, the wardrobe was broken, the floor was squeaky and unstable. There were stains on the sofa and curtain. Upon confronting the same, there is nobody to respond on the same. Numerous E-Mails have been sent and tried to contact over the WhatsApp, but no response unfortunately.
