The Z Hotel City

I stay here quite a lot because it’s near where I work. Everyone at the front desk is really helpful. Although the rooms are quite small, they are perfectly formed and there is a pretty good café next door. The showers are excellent.

Generally good and clean, good location, a supermarket nearby to buy drinks and food, air conditioning is good, the only problem is the shower and toilet door is glass, can see through from the room.

Stayed in inside room was very very warm and air conditioner wasn’t very powerful so would recommend getting a window if you don’t like hot rooms! Location is great, staff great super clean!

The room was clean and comfortable, however the room had no view and the air conditioning was broken so i got no sleep on two of my three sleeps in the hotel, after two nights of telling reception, a room change was made on the last night. Overall, a nice stay location and area wise

A small chamber, no window, no natural source of light. You would imagine that for such a room, good aircon is of the utmost importance. Unfortunately, the aircon never worked, the whole time we stayed there. It appears to be a known issue. Location is great but so are the burial chambers if you want to see the pyramids.

Definitely a good hotel and as described. Clean and comfortable, they give the room measurements and size of room was expected. Very disappointing breakfast and waste of money, when I booked it said hot breakfast bowl or continental option, but when I stayed only "unlimited " continental and no hot option and not much on offer continental. Also the hotel might want to consider more work spaces for employees, as whilst I was eating breakfast in the cafe, there was some sort of staff meeting taking place, which is not in itself bad, but does not give peaceful and quiet atmosphere. When in the cafe I was sat next to a random plate of croissants just left on the chair the entire time I had my breakfast. I still think the hotel is good value and would stay again but just have meals elsewhere.

This is where we stay for business when in London and the staff are exceptionally helpful. So polite and very hardworking. Rooms are somewhat basic, but often it's all you really need for a crash pad/overnight stay in the City. Always clean and the cafe downstairs is great. What a wonderful team, more like a family and always a joy to visit.

The room was nice and clean. There’s a draft coming from the window. The staff was nice and very welcoming. We stayed for four days and we didn’t experienced any problems. We also ate breakfast for a totally fair price. 🚠🎡🇬🇧💷🛫🎡🚠🇬🇧
