Understated yet elegant entry spot opposite private garden - yes you can get a key! Fabulous. Doorman, concierge even waitstaff unfailingly and warmly attentive. Our room had 4 windows, amazing light and views. Linens gorgeous, decor delightful - the Beef Wellington a triumph. Would jump at the chance to stay again.

I recently had the absolute pleasure of celebrating my birthday at the Cadogan. From the moment we arrived nothing was too much trouble. The staff went above and beyond to make my birthday memorable. If you’re looking for a place to mark a special occasion, I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough—it turned my birthday into a truly magical experience. Thank you Cadogan!

My husband and I recently stayed at the Cadogan for our ten year anniversary trip. Our entire stay was phenomenal start to finish. While the hotel is immaculate and designed beautifully, what stood out the most was the care and attentiveness of the Cadogan staff. Each member of the team was not only warm and professional, but genuinely interested in our trip and getting to know us. As an example, when they learned we were traveling without our two small children, they surprised us with small teddy bears to take home to our kids! This was such meaningful touch that we won’t forget. A few team members to highlight from our stay: Thomas at reception was ourstaning and incredibly helpful, he offered wonderful recommendations and greeted us warmly each day. Finn delivered our breakfast each morning with impeccable service. Spencer, the doorman, was equally fantastic. He both efficient with our bags and welcoming. The Cadogan made our anniversary feel truly special. We cannot wait to return with our children and family one day so they can experience this wonderful place with us!

Our second trip to London and we stayed at the Cadogan Hotel because of its connection to Belmond and the Britannic Explorer train which we traveled on and also recommend. This stay for train and flowers was also during Chelsea Flower show and that event MUST be on everyone's bucket list. The walk to their show grounds entrance is an easy 20 minutes from the Cadogan Hotel. Hospitality and comfort is number one here. The Concierge staff of Toru, Jamie, Daniel and Lee are exceptional. Special shout out to Jamie. He made our visit special. Willetts, the in house restaurant, has delicious food and we ate there for numerous breakfast, lunch and dinners. Brian, wait staff at Willetts is a special employee and very attentive service always. They have converted the space for after noon tea into a lounge area . It was a great place for lounging and drinks in the afternoon and evenings. Visit the gardens across the street ( you'll need the key to the gate easily obtained from Concierge desk). This hotel has very quiet surroundings with no street noise . Beds very comfortable and housekeeping staff also exceptional. Most hotel bathrooms don't spoil me, but this one did. Located in the heart of the Chelsea neighborhood its in a prime location and ease to walk to shopping, restaurants, museums, Royal Albert Concert Hall etc. We will be returning to London sometime in the future and no question we will stay at this fine hotel again. This hotel choice is a slam dunk in the decision mill.
