There was no air conditioning or refrigerator, which was tough since London was experiencing a heatwave when we visited, but a fan helped us get by. Other than that, everything was great! Towels and sheets were changed every three days as part of their environmental efforts, but the room was clean and the location was excellent. I really enjoyed my stay!

Located opposite Kings Cross station / underground, just a couple of minutes walk. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room and bedding were very clean. Unfortunately our room faced the road and the park and gardens opposite which are obviously used by the local ******** smokers in an evening. This meant we could not have our window open due to the very strong, unpleasant smell.

Great location for St Pancras station. Room modern, fresh and clean. Tv, multiple pillows, tea/coffee facilities. Safe, hanging rail for clothes, cases fit under the bed. Bathroom very small but as a solo traveller not an issue in a single room. No lift which common to hotels of this style in central London. Bags are left in Reception and not locked away which did concern me. However access to hotel is via buzzer system. Would happily return.

The room is okay but in the basement. Understandable for the cheap price comparing to surrounding hotels. There is a minor smell in the room due to old building but it is not too bad. Location is great to the train station.

Good location and easy to find. Also very clean. But the only downside is that I was woken up by the construction site nearby at 7 o'clock in the morning.

The room was extremely tiny, but very clean and cozy. The trash was taken out daily and the bed was made. The towels weren't changed even once, even though the rules say they are changed every three days, and I stayed for four nights.

A small, cute hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful. You can leave your luggage, and the hotel is very centrally located near bus and train stations. The rooms are small but adequate. Simply great.

The room was OK, there was space under the bed for suitcases, and the bathroom was simply finished. I think this place is good for London housing prices. You have to leave your keys when you go out, and there is no elevator, so it's OK to move to the second floor by yourself

The room is too small, even a 28-inch suitcase can't be opened. It's so expensive, it's not worth it

Very bad, like a basement in Beijing with windows and a damp smell.
