Shower had hair in there. And the sink was blocked. Should be cleaner.

Room was okay for the amount paid. The location was great with shops closeby. Bus station and subway also a walking distance from the hotel. The place was generally clean. Satisfied with the overall service

Cozy and nice hotel situated in a quiet and central neighborhood with a lot of restaurants, food shops nearby. It’s a 10 minutes walk to the closest underground station. Recommend it to anyone who comes to London for a few days and want to rest in a price affordable hotel.

Booked to stay in the Sapphire and looked good. When I got there, there was a note saying to go to another building to sign in.
When I arrived the reception area looked pretty ok for the period.
When I went to my room in another building and not the sapphire well it wasn’t good, the stains on the floor, the shower room is fit for a size 6 person and the toilet is pretty much to the bathroom door, so when you sit on the toilet you have to have the toilet door open.
Not good at all and a shame tbh

Very cozy and convenient townhouse-style hotel. It's steps away from the metro station and restaurants. Definitely recommend.
