Ibis London Stratford Reviews

Pleasant stay in a functional hotel which is well located for Stratford, Westfield and the Olympic Park. My room was an accessible twin (205) and was comfortable, with the beds pushed together and good mattresses. The window was open on arrival which meant it felt quite fresh (not a bad thing to air out the room when the weather is mild). Breakfast was fairly good although more vegetarian hot food options would be welcome. Staff friendly and helpful. There is a Nandos right underneath the hotel and a Morrisons supermarket very nearby.

A great experience at an affordable price . Value for money. Moreover, good transportation options are available.

The room was so cold. The heater was not working.

Fabulous place!

I had an excellent stay at Room for Libs London Stratford hotel. The room was comfortable and had a modern feel to it. The location is perfect for getting around the city, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London!

Very good for a fast and efficient stay

Nice enough room, was clean and had no issues. However, the bathroom "pods" doors are very tight to close leading to lots of slamming of doors at all hours of the night

Stayed before. Gone downhill - staff unfriendly and unhelpful. Food service even worse. Have complained about dinner and not had a reply from hotel. Room ok. Shower is the only thing that brings the rating up! Will only stay at this ibis as a last resort - a shame as all the others i stay at are great.

I was very impressed with this hotel. When I booked the hotel, I was looking for value and a quick booking, rather than any specifics with the hotel. I did note that the hotel was of good value, and in this respect, I did not expect too much. I was very impressed with the hotel's service, the staff went above and beyond. The room was clean, and the staff were more than happy to supply additional towels, and supplies for laundry. The staff here definitely did their utmost to help me, and I appreciate this.

TOO noisy! The double glazing was totally ineffective...Room clean,spacious,facilities fine. Shame sleep was impossible

Very nice place to stay,breakfast need alittle Up grading. The rooms need a refrigerator and safe deposit boxes

Room was too warm, windows only open a little, and A/C was turned off. Staff provided us with portable A/C which helped a bit. No telephone in room.

Good hotel for the money and location. A bit of noise but to be expected in the middle of a city. Beds very comfortable.
