It is a good hotel without any particular fault. However, they only provide 30 minutes of Wi-Fi and tell you to pay GBP3 to buy it if you need it. No matter how little it is, I still feel bad. I'd rather spend that money on hotel fees in advance. If you use such a strategy of including and providing unlimited Wi-Fi, the company will also benefit from I think it would be good for all the guests as well. I think this hotel is not very pleasant because of the Wi-Fi. However, the female employee named ANA who works at the restaurant there is very good at cooking. I would like to praise you for being kind.

Sarah Dacey 1/5 a week ago on Google This place should be shut down. Upon your arrival you are instantly locked out as this is not a manned place. I can’t even call it a Hotel. You literally have to wait for somebody to let you in, Within an hour if you’re lucky. The room!!! My god. I’ve had better camping trips. On opening the room door (after a 50 minute wait outside and a 5 hour drive ) we were met with a dirty quilt left rolled up on a disgustingly dirty bed ( hair and filth all over it ). There were wet used towels and dirty bedding left on the side table. No one was available to do anything about it. They do not cook breakfast ( not that I would eat there ) so that’s a complete lie and you’re paying for it. The blinds on the windows have been fitted by Stevie Wonder and don’t open or close. The place is run down and generally filthy. The water is constantly freezing cold and your unable to shower. Even the electric was off. So at times we had cold water with no electricity. The owner is the most disgusting and rude person I’ve ever met and will not converse or do anything about your situation. PLEASE DON’T BOOK HERE. You’d be better off sleeping in your car. !!! It’s vile and unsafe. I paid £800 for an executive room for 7 days to be close to my partner who had an operation in a local hospital. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN. You will be ignored by anyone that occasionally works there. A DISGRACEFUL EXPERIENCE!!! The 1 stars I have given it are actually minus 10 and more. 1 star is way too good for the place. My partner and I recently stayed here as it was close to the theatre. We had other options of the Premier Inn nearer to the venue, but chanced the Antoinette as parking was available. So glad we took the chance. On arrival the reception staff were very welcoming and even upgraded our room to an executive room. The room itself was very clean and comfortable with the facilities in the room more than you'd expect from the cost of the room. With only a 6 minute walk to the theatre we used this to our advantage by coming and going to the local restaurants. The only lwt down was there was not a restaurant within the hotel as we'd have loved to experience and evening meal there too, but the local Persian restaurant was a first with lovely food. We will definitely stay here again and again as we have looked at more shows to see at the New Wimbledon Theatre.

The worst hotel stay I have experienced! Arrived after a hectic day at work only to be greeted by the rudest receptionist I have ever encountered. I travel and stay in London on a weekly basis and have never experienced customer service like it. Receptionist was agrresive in attitude and demanded a cash payment of £100 on entering the hotel. I explained I had paid in adance in full via booking.com with no notification at time of booking that a deposit would be required. Rudely demanded of photo ID and notified a charge of £250 would be taken for evidence of drug use. I am a professional business customer and this was so poorly judged by staff. I was told I was emailed on booking that cash deposit of £100 would be demanded on booking 2 weeks prior. Communication was provided on the day at 9.00am via booking.com email and was not seen due to being at work. Was told I should walk to a cash point in the rain with little direction as to where the nearest cash point was. It was pouring with rain, getting dark and I was a lone female customer. Receptionist replied that she was happy to cancel my booking if I preferred . The day of the queen's return to buckingham Palace with no chance of securing an alternative hotel. After returning with the cash I was given a key card with no holder with room number on. I made my way to my room after clarifying room number twice, staff area doors in corridors left open exposing dirty laundry, key card device broken off door, semen stains on wall, public hair on top of bed sheets. Mortified, so much so I didn't get under the sheets for fear of what I would find. Tried to have a wash to find the shower gel had been topped up 3 quarters with water from a previous guest. Worst stay of my life!!! Unsafe and should be closed down!!

The hotel is very new and the location is small, and the room is small. I have become accustomed to this kind of experience in London. The front desk was very enthusiastic to help solve the problem. Due to the itinerary change for four days, the room that was not canceled was immediately confirmed. It was also refunded under Ctrip communication. In a foreign country, both the hotel and Ctrip are as warm as winter.

I stayed in room 54 on the 2nd floor for one night before a 07.30 hospital appointment at St George's. The hotel/residence, is in the grounds of the hotel and there aren't many spaces to stop and unload. The door is immediately on the left as you turn in from Blackhaw Road so could be easily missed at night. The room was spotlessly clean, the double glazing worked well to keep road noise out and the bed was super comfy. The bathroom was and shower were fine and the place was secure, never seen so many CCTV cameras in a building.! Not sure if they provide breakfast etc but for £64 for a double room I think it's great value. Literally a 2 minute walk to the hospital so it's ideal for a stay if visiting. It's not a long walk to many restaurants and pubs etc and I did see a Deliveroo driver at the door of you want to stay in. The TV has Netflix and Amazon Prime etc so bring your login and passwords.

On arrival there was a new girl on Reception (black girl) and she told me that the room I had reserved was room only and I knew I had booked a b&b rate. Although she was very pleasant she said she was new and needed to check with a more experienced receptionist. A white lady came into the reception area and was telling me that the new girl didn't know how to check was was included in the room rate and started showing her - how to check for this while I was there. This white lady (had a foreign accent) was quite abrupt to me and I thought to myself, maybe if you trained the new girl better, she would be able to check these details. The new girl was apologizing, I said to her its not your fault, you need to get trained better in your role. She was a beautiful young girl and very friendly and tried to help as much as she could. The kettle in my room was not working but was replaced quite quickly. I went to get some milk from the trolley and the Housekeeper (Spanish) screamed at me - your are not allowed to touch the trollies and if you need anything, please contact Reception, I said shall I leave it back then and she said - No its OK!. Had to advice Reception if one, needed their room cleaned. Breakfast was nice except the mushrooms they were too hard and difficult to eat. Staff tend to move trollies and talk to each other when guests are around and they use the guest lift as a service lift. They got in the way at times when I was trying to get out of the hotel, they apologized for getting in my way. Majority of staff were friendly, rooms need updating. On my last day, I was getting some tea at breakfast time in the dining area and when I returned a staff member (Small Indian lady) was clearing away my food and I had only went to get a cup of tea and had not finished my breakfast, I told her I was still having my breakfast. I was annoyed as my room card was still on the table but she never noticed this and was clearing it away. They spray and clean empty tables very close to you as you eat your breakfast which is frustrating as the smell of the cleaning liquid is quite strong, It was my first time staying at this hotel, however in the past I have had coffee/tea there but never stayed before. I would rate is as a 3 star Hotel and not a 4 star Hotel.

The first time we ever had a short break away here was in 2012 and it was amazing. On arrival, we were checked in by a person who gave us wristbands and told us everything we needed to know about early park access, breakfast check in, times, and everything you needed to know. We also had access to the walk around the zebra and giraffe (and the other animals) enclosures after the park had closed. Which was amazing. This time around it was completely different. We had to check ourselves in, which also cost an additional £15 for room keys. (which you do have back once you check out) No one behind the counter had informed us that some things had changed, so we went about things like it was back in 2012. On the second day, the day we were supposed to be granted 1 hour early in the park the early access gate was closed and locked. We decided to try the main entrance and after fighting our way to the front of the main entrance and trying to explain to staff that our entrance was closed, we still had to argue with one of the staff members to gain access. By the time we got to someone who was willing to let us in they were letting the public in anyway. So we lost our early access. The park was amazing the staff there were lovely and the rides were great and we really did have a cracking day. At the end of the day when the park had closed, we decided to go back to the hotel and change so we could enjoy the walk among the zebras and other animals. But again, the gate was closed and locked. I went to ask a member of staff on the main desk what was going on and why the gate was locked both times we attempted to use it and was informed that they don't allow hotel guests to have that privilege anymore. I was very disheartened by all this and this probably could have been avoided if we were informed during check in like we were in 2012. I get that it may be easier for some people but why am I doing hotel receptions jobs for them by checking us all in and trying to scramble the Internet and my email inbox to try and find out information. Everything else is fantastic and I really do love this place. They just need to make more effort to inform people about their stay and not just lump us with 100's of emails and expect us to go through them all for one tiny piece of information they could have easily told us in person.

Love this hotel stay here every time we visit london. Rooms are a good size for a family of 4. I visit withHubby and both my 7year old and 4 year old. Excellent leisure facilities! Has a lovely swimming pool which always has a decent temperature alongside a sauna and a gym. Excellent changing rooms but found to be very cold when entering. This hotels has excellent staff working here and this visit was by far the best. I had a lovely warm Top class female named Priti check us out. Priti had very good humour and made us smile she was very helpful and mentioned we still had complimentary welcome drinks left on our room stay which we had before we left. Very professional and excellent communication skills from staff here. Attentive and very helpful never appear to be stressed. Go far and beyond. Keep up the good work. Can’t wait to stay on my next visit which will be in October term.
