It was lovely, clean room, nice breakfast but no intercom to call the reception. I enjoyed my stay. The pool was amazing

The hotel is nice. The environment is also very good. Most of the staff are very nice. It is suitable for relaxing and playing out. It's just a bit deserted at ordinary times, with no one around

Great themed rooms, nice quality rooms, very comfortable. The food at the evening buffet and the breakfast buffet needs to be a lot better. The choice is good, but the quality is very poor, lukewarm, low-quality products all around. Not good - the evening buffet was very overpriced. The service in the restaurant was terrible - and it's self-service! No good welcome as we went in, our table was cleared of everything on it - drinks, sides, personal items - whilst we were at the buffet - all we got was a shrugged apology. Hour-long slots are daft at the pool - there was no one in there with us, but we weren't allowed to stay any longer. Officious staff on the pool reception. The overall takeaway was with better service and better quality food - the stay would have been amazing. The hotel itself is so fun in its decor and the attention to detail that has gone into it. But staff need better training. Food needs huge improvement.

The most unprofessional, unfriendly, the management was a joke, she couldn’t find my booking for two hours, they were not welcoming, they were trying to refuse my booking, when ******* call them they don’t wanted to reply, ******* call me and talk to her, she doesn’t answered her phone and they were terrible customer service

The promoted room (even room numbers) outside view is poor (garage view). The other room (odd room numbers) view is good but too expensive, higher than 50%, told by staff. It is not reasonable.
Swimming pool should provide free towels (GPB 2 for hire, now). It is normal practice for any grade hotels (at least in Asia).
No game room for children.
It is a poor experience for such 4 star hotel.
