Hotels near Pura Desa Penataran, Lombok

A local 4-star hotel with just a so so location and service. Location was said quiet close by many food options but there is better location than this hotel. As for Service, I asked for the price for whole day rental for a car and front desk said someone will call me to my room but it turn out no one really call me. Amenities just below par, towel are old. No hand or face towel, or maybe this is just the hotel standard. The floor where I stayed, is dark and did not give good impression.

A cozy hotel with a lot of amenities. Great swimming pool, and a convenient location to get around.

Hotel location is very good. Near Mataram Mall and eateries. Breakfast is also good. Room is big with fridge n good wifi connection.

Stayed at the Santika Mataram hotel for two nights and I can say for sure that it is closer to 4 stars than giving it 3 stars. The staff is very professional and friendly, the whole hotel is very well maintained, clean and stylish. The room is of the same standard as some well-known brands (such as Beauty Palace, Novotel, Hyatt, etc.), although the scenery is not very beautiful, it is not the hotel's fault. Wi-Fi is included, free and very fast. The buffet breakfast has a wide selection of everything from a variety of halal dishes to Western food, noodle soup, porridge (rice porridge), and it is in a good location, right next to the pool and surrounded by plants. I would definitely stay here again, it’s centrally located, 10 minutes walk to Mataran Mall, shops, restaurants and so on. And very good value.

nice place to stay in the middle of the city! Their swimming pool has a very beautiful view and i can see mount rinjani from there too. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean but maybe the food need to be upgrade for variatif menu. overall very recommended!

Lombok foi um dos locais escolhidos por nós para passarmos 5 dias, durante a nossa recente viagem pela Indonésia. O Sheraton Senggigi foi o resort onde ficámos. É uma propriedade que se localiza junto à praia, no meio de vegetação luxuriante. Apesar das infra-estruturas do resort estarem muito usadas e com decoração antiga, o enquadramento cénico é único e, nem que seja só por isso, vale a pena conhecê-lo. O resort fica a 1 hora, de táxi, do aeroporto e como tivémos problemas com uma das malas que não apareceu (deficiente serviço da Super Air Jet), fizémos um check in tardio. Vínhamos com fome, mas percebemos que a cozinha da propriedade encerra às 22:30 e a partir dessa hora não há possibilidade de ter aqui uma refeição. A alternativa foi pedir comida de um restaurante de fora do hotel, através da App Grab. O check in foi feito com simpatia, o nosso estatuto Titanium foi reconhecido, fomos acompanhados ao quarto e foi-nos feito um upgrade para uma suite (#5348). Esta era bastante antiga, embora espaçosa, com quarto separado da sala. Infelizmente, começou a chover bastante e começou a haver água a cair do teto da casa de banho. Assim, no dia seguinte mudaram-nos para outra suite (#6152). Esta estava renovada, com algum cheiro a mofo, mas como havia um ambientador perfumante, o cheiro tornava-se menos desagradável. Tinha também sala e quarto separados, vários sofás para podermos relaxar, uma pequena mesa e duas televisões. A cama King era confortável, o AC funcionou adequadamente e havia café e água gratuitos, repostos diariamente. A casa de banho era ampla com um lavabo, banheira e duche separados. A housekeeping, incluindo serviço de turndown, fez um trabalho eficiente. Tomámos o pequeno-almoço buffet, incluído na tarifa, diariamente, e este disponibilizou uma variedade regular de opções. Também fizemos as principais refeições no resort e a comida servida foi de boa qualidade. A lista dos vinhos era limitada e mesmo dos que constavam, a maioria estava esgotada. De notar que os membros Elite tinham 20% de desconto nas despesas de restauração. O staff do hotel foi acolhedor, simpático e solícito. Mas, na realidade, o que nos surpreendeu foi a beleza e o envolvimento do local onde está implantado o resort: vegetação luxuriante, jardins extremamente bem cuidados, decorado com inúmeras estatuetas, algo místicas, piscina também com decoração a condizer, contribuindo para o misticismo do lugar. A praia de areia preta, vulcânica, é banhada por mar calmo e tépido, embora a cor da água seja escura e não das mais atrativas. Sem dúvida, que o grande trunfo da propriedade são os seus exteriores que, embora antigos, lhe impregnam um ar misterioso, de santuário perdido no meio da selva. É verdade que o resort necessita de obras de renovação urgentes nalguns locais, mas esperamos que os proprietários, quando as fizerem, preservem os exteriores tal como estão. We were 4 nights in the Tropic Resort in the Villa Susan with outdoor pool and outdoor whirlpool and we were absolutely enthusiastic. Location: The Resort is 2 minutes drive from the dreamy beach Selong Belanak. There is a free shuttle service to the beach. The resort is perfectly suited for resters. There are a few very good restaurants in the surroundings of other hotels, where the restaurant of the villa is also excellent. Whoever wants to have more trouble one day can drive about 30 minutes to Kuta. There you can also find bigger supermarkets and an active nightlife. To the villa: The villa is luxurious furnished and offers an outdoor pool and heated outdoor whirlpool a free bathtub a rain shower. The villa is absolutely new and in a top condition. The pool area is not visible from the outside and you enjoy 100% privacy. You have as many useful extras as an outdoor grill, a cozy gas fire, speaker that can be connected to your phone, ice cuff donor, side by side refrigerator, etc. To service: The service was the absolute highlight at our stay. We felt so welcome and well-released. Each individual staff was constantly trying to satisfy us. There is a WhatsApp group where you can order e.g. food or report concerns. The reaction time was less than 5 minutes. We have been traveling in Indonesia for 3 weeks and had several accommodation but here the service was simply the best !

During my stay at Pullman Mandalika in Lombok, the experience of the beach was truly exceptional. The beaches around this hotel are absolutely stunning, especially during sunset.
