Place is clean, but could be cleaner. Price is as good, and the value is given by the central position.
Employees are very friendly and accountable.
We had a pleasant stay in this server growing interesting city. Worth to visit it...

The whole place is a joke! Breakfast tables dirty! They Didn’t clean them between customers, you could see on every table crumbs and coffee stains. The walls are just a pease of paper or wood! You could hear everything from your neighbors room, every conversation, every movement on bed. My neighbors had a party at 3 am. Employees couldn’t do anything about it! Or they didn’t want to! Forget about talking to manager! He is ignoring you.

Nice hotel with the best location in Łódź. Don’t expect there luxury services, but everything is clean and lovely. Tea, coffee, water and other complementary stuff makes your stay more comfortable.

This was one of my worst experiences ever. All conditions were extremely awful.

Most important- cheap beds, making a squeaking sound, mattresses were super soft and uncomfortable. On top- no isolation to corridor. All meant a super bad night’s sleep. It should be called a hostel, nothing else. Would never come back there again.

Room 310 is way too small for 5 people, we moved to 215 and it was much nicer and larger. I wish the mattresses were thicker. Although no AC available, the hotel provided floor fans and replaced bottle waters daily, which was appreciated.

Prima kamer. Ruim genoeg voor een paar nachten Lodz verkennen. Zeer centraal gelegen. Goede parkeerplaats achter het hotel. Verzorgd ontbijt. Vriendelijk en gastvrij personeel. Nadeel is dat zich voor het hotel jeugd verzamelde welke tot diep in de nacht luidruchtig was slapen met het raam open was daardoor minder prettig.
