The Aguara Hotel & Spa is in itself a nice little hotel with a manageable number of rooms. The check in was quick and uncomplicated (communication only in Spanish). Also, the outdoor area is nicely designed (the pool for example) The breakfast was small but nice. It tasted good. Also, the reception is staffed 24 hours a day. Now to the negative points. The whole hotel needs a renovation. You can find everywhere broken walls, light mold, old carpets etc.... The maintenance is unfortunately very poor. Also the room cleaning. Our bed sheets had e.g. still stains from the previous. Also, in the two days we stayed there was no housekeeping. That means we had to get our own towels and the room was not cleaned. The wifi is a disaster. It only worked at a certain point in the open air. It would be useful to install an air conditioner that can be controlled from the room. Currently there is only one centrally controlled and you have to call the reception to activate it. The rooms are also very noisy. You can hear not only other guests, but also the water pipes. The equipment of the so-called gym is very bad. There were 3 devices which also did not look useful. We did not use the spa area. The rooms are nice and the bathroom is large. Only the cleanliness and maintenance is very poor. All in all, you can stay here for 1-2 days, as long as you only sleep in the hotel. The price is very good.

Lo bueno es que los chicos son muy amables. El hotel está viejo, el spa en un segundo piso no hay personal en el lugar para asistirte ni un tel para solocitarlo, tenes que llevar tu toalla de la habitacion y so se moja, que es obvio solocitar otra desde el cuarto, no tenes ni una jarra de agua para tomar ni en el gym ni en en spa, cuando tanto en el sauna como en el hidro la hidratacion es fundamental para reponer liquido, la ducha escocesa brilla por su ausencia, es una ducha totalmente común y no te ponen ni shampo ni un jabón. A la noche te apagan el aire acondicionado a pesar que le solicite que volviera a encenderlo. En el baño sin salida al exterior, no hay o no funciona porque no tiene la tecla, el extractor, cuando me bañe no tenia donde maquillarme o ponerme las lentes porque el espejo estaba todo empañado, tampoco cuenta con secador de cabello.

es un hotel que queda de paso hacia la costa argentina, sobre la ruta 41. fuimos 2 veces en enero 2023 y enero 2024. El parque es lindo, para descansar y con una agradable pileta. Las habitaciones con mucha humedad, mi hijo tuvo una crisis de alergia esa noche..., falta mantenimiento en todo el hotel, desayuno no lo usamos pq lo sirven muy tarde y debiamos seguir viaje, tienen restaurante que ofrecen solo minutas. Cochera techada en el subsuelo. Tuvimos una mala experiencia con un delivery de comidas que nos recomendaron de la recepcion. La verdad es que queda comodo porque es de pasada pero no volveremos

Rescato al personal que es muy atento, el desayuno que aunque simple pero rico, pero las instalaciones son de la decada del 70, mobiliario y alfombras antiguo y no en muy buen estado, humedad en todas las paredes del edificio, me alojé con mi señora y nos dieron una habitacion para discapacitados , teniendo varias habitaciones vacias y donde ni siquiera tenía videt, y muy poca iluminacion. Realmente una desilusión, no volveria a este hotel

Y si vas...que sea sin expectativas!!. Hotel que denota una falta de mantenimiento de años, con deficiente limpieza, olor a humedad y limitado (siendo generosa) servicios. La habitación que nos asignaron además de olor desagradable y falta de limpieza en general, tenía sus paredes descascaradas e impregnadas de moho. La ducha del spa, tenía el piso roto, demás está decir que no utilizamos el servicio "gratuito" de sauna y jacuzzi. Desayuno continental bueno, estacionamiento subterráneo que no utilizamos, personal amable, lo cual no basta para brindar un mínimo de confort al cliente. Fuimos por un canje de Despegar por un viaje que no pudimos realizar por la pandemia y era el único hotel que Despegar nos ofreció a un alto costo, lamentablemente. Adjunto algunas fotos. Preferimos irnos antes....

Hermoso lugar con arboles. Habitacion de 10. Calefaccion central. Lo unico que solo hay un bar pequeño pata comidas rapidas. Spa es con turno. Media hora x habitacion. Incluye hidro, ducha escocesa y sauna. Tambien hay 7n gimnasio. El desayuno muy bueno todo casero.
