The staff are friendly and nice. I was there in October and unfortunately the water slide was closed than time and was disappointing.It has free parking and has also free water dispenser.The quality of food is not perfect and there isn’t much variety in food.the beds are a little noisy and could have been better.In general it’s 3 star hotel not 4.

It's our 3rd time staying at Gran Gabi very professional team I don't know how they do it we booked half board breakfast everything and anything you wanted dinner the same staff excellent very friendly rooms cleaned every day indoor pool spotless five minutes walk to the beach front shops church all at your doorstep cant wait to go back well done to all the managers

Lovely hotel, food was banging, surgeo the entertainer was a nice caring funny guy and we hope he’s going to stay as we are booking to come back in April, when we book can we have room 146 again please, all inclusive was amazing especially for my fussy son and the bar staff where really nice and reception where really helpful and sorted out our problem straight away

Convenient location close to both beaches. I definitely recommend it, a little further Playa de Fenals 8 min walk from the hotel. Clean hotel, rooms cleaned every day, good food. Nice service. Everywhere close .The bus station 5 min walk..

Had a fantastic holiday. After reading all the negative reviews I was prepared and took my own beach towel and shower gel and everything went smoothly. People have complained that the staff was rude. ABSOLUTELY WRONG. They were all very friendly, Tiberio, Sonia, melony, Roberto n j . They are tired with the rush ,so you need to put a smile and talk. It's up to you. Thank you so much everyone . Had a lovely time
