Second time to stay here. Booked a double room with bathtub on balcony to enjoy hot spring in room. Hotel also has in-house a hot spring pool that you can use for a small fee. If you wise to splurge a little, suites with private courtyard and private onsen are available.
Location wise, it is very near the Nanshan Zhuhai Park where you can see a pair of pandas.
Service was impeccable. The butler Dai Dai even sent me some mulberries that she plucked earlier in the day, using a cute robot server.
With the stay you get a RMB100 discount if you dine in and order their specialty, fish head in casserole.
Strongly recommend for visitors to Liyang.

總體來説不是很滿意的一次體驗，我們去的比較早，一打開門就是很濃的油煙味，剛好是早餐時間也能理解，但房間衞生確實不太理想，地面有頭髮團未清理，當天恰逢他們酒店年會，服務人員特別少，而且看起來都很累的樣子。。應該不會再去了吧，但是私湯還是可以的，泡了很舒服，泡了很多次。早餐不是很好

過年期間天冷，父母年紀大了，帶他們出來就是換個地方休息一下，所以訂了個庭院式温泉房泡泡温泉，既乾淨又方便。酒店整體環境很有氛圍，晚上有煙花秀，還可以領一份小煙花，小朋友很開心。過年期間酒店衹提供套餐，口味並沒有因為人多打折扣。從迎賓到服務員到前台服務都很貼心。特別感謝管家戴戴的介紹，提醒，整個過程讓人舒心，沒有負擔。退房還給小朋友準備了兔年玩偶，很用心。

春節選擇了溧陽 其實是鐘意人家的温泉房的 但是太匆忙了 沒有預訂到 然後定了家庭複試房間 大大小小六口人 其實還是蠻擠的 但是前台戴戴幫我們選了一間最大的 房間還是很寬敞的 所以都沒有再要考慮加床了 本來是要加一張床的 但是空間勾夠大 還是住下了 非常感謝我們的小管家戴戴 非常的通情達理 酒店有自己的餐廳 春節期間都是提供套餐的 房間也很乾凈 早餐也非常不錯的 家人都説好 哈哈 房間還送了我們春節點歡迎水果 很新鮮 最後退房的時候還送了我們當地的特產 烏米 這家酒店真的非常客氣 下次要是有機會還是會嘗試一下他們家的私湯温泉房間的

很滿意的一次全家出行，從進門的保安停車安排到禮賓員主動拿行李送往四樓辦理入住的前台小姐姐耐心的講解酒店晚上的煙花秀時間，區域，早餐時間，遊玩注意事項等，陪同一起送入房間，並送上新年祝福，忘記記下小姐姐名字了，另加了嬰兒床，很有耐心！每個部門領導的親力親為的在工作崗位上監督管理！

五一放假來南山竹海玩，酒店離景區挺近的，早上七點多點在酒店二樓吃完早餐，早早就去景區排隊，開車幾分鐘就到了，沒堵車太舒服了，放假酒店人還是挺多的，不過接待人員服務還是到位的，管家小金提前加了微信，入住有她帶着很順利。房間內都是木板結構，看着古色古香的，窗外的風景挺好，綠植竹林很好看。二樓的室內一線天裝修挺漂亮，拍照很出片，很適合發朋友圈。晚上去泡了個温泉，有個休息區，喝喝茶吃點水果特別愜意，總體體驗下來挺好的

酒店環境優美，在網上團的套餐，性價比挺高的，包含温泉和南山竹海門票，前台週週服務挺好的，幫我們升級了房間，退房的時候還給我們送了他們的特產烏米飯和小筍，細節服務做的都特別好。酒店的整體風格也挺有特色的，整體新中式的裝修風格，低調但不失高貴，還是我們的國風有味道，很有內涵，會推薦朋友過來的[強][強][強]

酒店位於南山竹海腳下，酒店距離景區衹有兩公里的路程，開車大約五分鐘。周邊環境很不錯，生態環境保護的很好。空氣含氧很高，適合養生。酒店屬於中式風格，風格倒是很新穎。酒店有一對一的管家，我的入住管家是高娟，服務熱情周到，蠻不錯的！這次旅行還是不錯的👌
