民宿到御水温泉和南山竹海都非常近，環境舒適，裝修很新，洗漱配套也是很先進的，早飯也很好，周邊吃的業很多，把車停着走路到竹海還省了停車費，店員老闆都很熱情，幫忙拿行李等，臨走還送了特產烏米飯和小玩具，真的很不錯的體驗，下次有機會還住他們家

房間設施很新，很乾凈舒服，雖然較小，但看上去很舒服，乾淨，服務前台很熱情，幫助拿行李上樓，走時幫助送，很感謝。酒店離景點很近，周圍吃飯很方便。下次有朋友來，還會介紹住這兒。

改變行程，查找竹海當地酒店和民宿，因去過多次竹海入住過其他家，第一次入住這家，沒想到裝修裝飾如此雅緻與便利，床品優，衞生好，服務態度超好，早餐在竹林旁邊觀景邊就餐。還幫我們預訂温泉票，有優惠呵，走路去二分鐘就到。中午點餐吃不完，又幫我們放冰箱裏保鮮。這家服務是這幾年住過最好的！

距離竹海步行就可以到達，整體住宿很舒服，非常好睡，周圍吃飯也很方便，打車都很好找，早點非常棒！吃的健康又滿足，服務態度也非常好，老闆推薦了遊玩都很好，衞生間都是智能馬桶，是會再次選擇的住宿。

酒店很新，設施都很完善，周圍環境很好，也不偏，房間裏面味道不大，可以接受。
早飯很好吃，酒店工作人員服務態度都很好，找不到路還可以過來做指引，
去竹海旅遊住在這裏位置相當方便，很推荐居住哦。

優點: 新民宿（酒店），整潔乾淨，枕頭軟硬高低適中，洗簌用品挺好，毛巾浴巾柔軟舒適，空調效果好且安靜，淋雨水壓夠大，水温穩定。地理位置優越，停車方便。服務熱情，有問必答，負責早餐的阿姨激情澎湃。
缺點: 房間偏小，沒有置物櫃，門的隔音效果不好，早餐單一（兩天的早餐一模一樣），活動室影響別人休息。

酒店挺新的，房間設施齊全，距離景區10分鐘步行可到，很近，附近至吃飯的地方也不少！前台小姐姐特別熱情，又是指引，又是幫拿行李的！早餐吃飯的地方在“茅草棚”，旁邊竹林茂密，溪水潺潺，下着小雨吃着早飯，好不愜意！如若不是趕行程，可真要煮上一壺茶水，坐聽雨打竹林，靜看房檐細雨！一家三口穿着雨衣步行至南山竹海，雖然在雨中觀景，倒覺得真的體會到了不同情景的美景，登至山峯，看雲霧繚繞！突然想起了倪匡先生的那段話：“自此，天涯海角，閑雲野鶴；醉裏乾坤，壺中日月；竹裏坐享，花間補讀；世事無我，紛擾由他…”
