Lovely comfy bed, clean room. Wonderful friendly staff. All right in the city centre. What more can you ask for? Pretty good breakfast too. We would definitely stay again. Thanks you.

The hotel was fully booked and we arrived before 3-00 check so asked for the early check in option for £10 but told sorry as we are full this option is unavailable. So had to wait two hours before our room was available. The breakfast in morning was very poor I guess due to hotel being full and the staff were under pressure but were struggling to cope. The breakfast buffet was empty and we had to wait for trays to be replenished. The air conditioning in our room didn’t work and we couldn’t get another room as was fully booked so had to sleep with windows open but the noise outside was terrible and kept us awake not very good situation. We have stayed at many premium inns but Don’t think I’d use this hotel again .

Does what it says on the tin really nothing more. The area outside it is not the nicest but the staff were very helpful and it was only a 10 minute walk to concert Square. I would recommend to anyone looking for a budget stay in Liverpool and would stay here again

Would just like to say how good and how great our visit was, from the moment we arrived after a long drive from London we had a lovely gentleman called Nathan help us, Nathan was so friendly, helpful and could not do enough to welcome us and be there if we needed any assistance!

Was in town for the football and having previously stayed here, decided to book again. Great location around the corner from a Mersey Rail station. Typical Premier Inn decore with a comfortable bed for a great sleep. Breakfast the following morning was of the usual Premier Inn quality with the hot and cold range. Definitely worth staying here.

Friendly and efficient service, all in all a good experience. Friendly and efficient staff, good security. A stone's throw from parking and a short walk from the train station.
