酒店地理位置不錯，在窯阜古鎮裏面，整體舒適衞生，床舒服，熱水足，空調猛，有自己的停車場，非常棒，推薦。

新裝修的酒店，氣味有點重，前坪一直有裝修施工隊，一大早挖機好吵！停車比較方便，就在該棟公寓樓的地下停車場，有專用電梯上一樓大廳，酒店最大的BUG是：房間內洗手間和房間之間有個階梯，早上起來上洗手間，一腳踩空，摔了一大跤，膝蓋，手肘全部摔青紫，退房時告訴前台，完全沒有什麼安慰之詞，也沒有提供任何葯物塗抹傷處，覺得比較冷漠。家裡有長者小孩的，需要謹慎訂房。本來要住幾天，這個情況，趕緊退房走了。不想再摔跤！窯埠古鎮很一般，建議可以繞行。

酒店電梯需要一天一激活，但前台並沒有提前告知，後續跟前台要雙一次性拖鞋，前台都不給提供，客房打掃的時候，一次性用品也沒有補齊，體驗感非常差，

環境佈置走的是中國風，給我升級了豪華大床房（雖然也沒豪華到哪裡去）
沒有早餐的餐廳，是送到房間的，但是比較簡單。服務人員是比較熱情的

本來是大床房 後來因為一些小問題酒店幫換了雙床房 房間很大 設施也很齊全乾凈 不過晚上的話有點噪音 住這裏很方便 有吃有喝的 不錯的入住體驗

當初訂這是因為看到是在個古鎮上，實際這裏人工古鎮，啥人氣也沒有，逛的興趣都沒有，先是酒店停車場迷一-圈，然後酒店電梯關不上，要手推，再是房間一-股濃濃的木頭味，要求換房也沒用，每間都有，房間床品什麼的都很普通，睡得不太舒適，也就是如家快捷酒店-樣的，這種價格沒有性比價，以後還是要選民宿。但要表揚一下前台，給我推薦了一家當地餐廳，便宜又好吃，這是柳州給我們最大的收穫，謝謝!

柳州特種兵旅行一天，選擇中心位置，酒店服務很不錯，房間類型溝通後也保留好，附近該有的都有，距離好吃的螺螄粉也不遠，就是地下停車場比較遠，不過一路有標識，出門的時候找了半天出口。總體來説還是很不錯的一次柳州住宿旅行！（強烈推薦龍潭公園的白天照，非常出片）環境優美！

酒店就在古鎮裏面，走路去江邊也就幾分鐘，晚上夜景還不錯，很多人租衣服拍照。有免費停車場，每次出門去前台報車牌號就可以，也有充電樁，自己掃碼付錢。停車場在B區25棟負二樓，我是自己打電話問的，建議酒店提前告知，還有房間配的牙刷，説實話真的巨難用，沒有嬰兒洗澡盆提供。其他都挺不錯的，每天配兩瓶水。離文廟這個景點挺近的。總體好評！
