房間夠大東西設施陳舊而且坐便蓋是掉的坐不住的，簡單安裝上都沒有人管嗎？理由是價格便宜？價格便宜也得讓人入住舒適啊？説不清楚怎麼想的？？？

酒店沒有按客户預訂的房型預留房間，我第一次去住定的是豪華大床房然後給我的房間是圓床，第二次定的也是豪華大床房給我的也是圓床，很不滿意，廁所毛巾也很舊又爛 被子有個地方破了個大洞，真晦氣！我還以為第一次給圓床就算了第二次還是給圓床。
